There are many people in America who have decided they are going to vote for a particular person no matter what. That is not democracy. That is feudalism & tribalism. Given that Dr Peterson believes that anyone who doesn't want children is either deluded or immature (his own words) it seems reasonable to assume that his predictions are somewhat influenced by confirmation bias.
My wife has no children and regrets it as her side of the family ages and dies, without children to follow her without my family who adore her she becomes more and more distant to her side and closer to mine which has a new generation coming up. She is a psychologist, she understands.
