@@determania0641 yes, on Instagram he posted that he is going through a busy schedule that's why his body is not holding up for past 1-3 weeks and he is not able to take proper calories. And as a result of that he posted same picture as in thumbnail to show that he is loosing weight rapidly due to his schedule. And bad dieting is taking a toll on his body.

Its really good. When i used to go to the gym i did around 50 everyday for a month. First it hurts like hell but you will get used to it in like 2 days. It really does change

I do around 300-350 push ups per day but in like 3-4 sets depends. I wanna do it for a month so far I've done 2600 in eight days only. The result is tremendous my chest has a good look, my arm is not that perfect yet but im getting it soon and I also do sit ups around 50-60 per day just one set. All my workouts are at home and I want to get a good shape. I've a problem is that my metabolism burns food fast and and im around 65Kg 5.9ft, is there any recommendations to do to get my body shape better and is it good if I do 300-350 push ups per day or should I reduce it? Thanks and love all your videos.
