I did Chloe Ting's 2019 2 Week Shred Challenge
Here's my results from the workout program with NO diet change.
I plan to do the NEW 2020 2 Weeks Shred Challenge next but this time
with a cleaner diet. Video coming soon.... :)

Ayzen is such a light sleeper!! I thought working out before he got up would be easier but it's actually been harder because he cries for me to carry him and go back to sleep. lolz So now I do my workouts in the afternoon or at night when he's asleep or playing toys.

Your son is so cute! I am on day 11 of the 2021 Summer shred and today is a rest day so I am loving that.

That always happens to me when I decide to get up early and workout. My kids have a sixth sense and wake up too. Then I spend the rest of the workout with them either jumping in my way or with my little one trying to climb on me 😝 Well done for completing the 2 week challenge! That is fantastic! I’m thinking I might start Jillian Michaels 30 day shred again. I did it years ago and remember getting good results. Also only around 20 minutes long so easy to fit in to my day. Really enjoyed this video. Hope you keep us posted on your progress 👍

Omg right!! I thought waking up early to workout before the kids get up would be easier!! SOOO much easier to get my workout in when Ayzen is asleep or playing toys. Is the Jillian Michaels program on youtube?? I like that its 20 minutes :)

Hi Reynelle! You are doing great 👍. Just take it one day at a time and slowly your body will change and you’ll naturally choose healthier options when it comes to food. Aizen is so big (sorry if I spelled his name wrong). It’s always nice to see your videos 😊. I wish you and your family a wonderful day!

I recommend this other youtuber named Pamela rief, she has alot of good workout videos from beginner to advanced n Its always a challenge for me when i do them but there so good! Hope tha my helps and keep up the good work!!!

Thanks for the recommendation!!! :) I've done a couple workout videos from Pamela Rief. She's gorgeous and her workout videos are fire!! Some of the workouts are intense but feels so good once it's done. Do you know if she has a workout schedule to follow??

Lolz none!!! My diet was really bad. Working out made me hungrier and I didn't choose the healthiest food to eat. The next challenge I want to really commit to eating clean and working out. Hopefully we'll see more of a difference :)
