Yes! Also while you're losing and burning fat you're replacing it with muscle so overall your fat loss should me more than what's on the scale because you built muscle at the same time!

When I did her abs in 2 weeks challenge, I didn’t see a difference in my body either but everyone around me told me I lost weight, so I totally understand what you mean

I didn’t lose weight on the scales but I did lose inches off my body this is because your fat is being used up as energy I didn’t know this before and I’m so glad I measured myself or I would have given up!

I am on day 12 of the abs challenge and I don't see a difference. Have to measure myself after 14th day. Hope to have lost atleast an inch. Update : I completed my 14 days and i have lost 2 inches in my underbust area and 1 inches each in waist and hips. And I did only the abs video and not the whole 2 weeks abs shred. So I will try the 2 week abs shred next after a few rest days.

Iniya Raj Yeah our bodies are different and we lose weight differently but just keep it up and over time you’ll see change there’s no quick fix to lose weight sadly I learnt that the hard way! I finished my two week challenge and going to do another one of her challenges!

For those that don’t notice results in their glutes or feel no burn, look up glute activation exercises! You may have difficulty building muscle in that area! Activating your glutes every time before a workout makes a big difference

I did the 2 weeks shred challenge and I’m natural a skinny person so I didn’t saw a big difference but I could feel it. I felt more put together and my abs improved and I even could do push-ups where I wasn’t able to really do them. So even if u don’t see a difference u Build muscle mass and feel much better physically.

This is the realest among all vids I've seen. Your struggles on day 1 are very alike with mine! Made me feel relief that it's not only me. Alsoo, we almost have the same stats!!! My hips measured 34 and my waist measured 26. I'm on day 5 now and I feel very sore. Thank you for sharing and for being a motivation!!!

Anyone who’s not seeing many results with chloe ting should try madfit too. Chloe ting got too easy and im seeing quicker results with maddy! Also everyone should note that chloe says to pair her videos with cardio + balanced and healthy meal planning and with all that combined you might get even BETTER results. :)

im on day 23 of the 2019 summer shred challenge and it really depends on the day, sometimes i feel the best ive ever felt and i feel like ive done a lot progress and sometimes i feel like im doing it wrong, that im not getting any results. those days are the worst because i know that if i lose motivation even one time, i wont finish the program. today is one of those hard days but i need to push through if i ever want to stop wearing oversized clothes

You've got this! I felt unmotivated and like I had made no progress SO many times throughout the program. Just keep going, or take a mental health day if you need one. I took a few of those lol

There's nothing wrong with having a few more rest days than what's in her program! She says in her videos and in the faq's on her website you take it how you want to, adjust what you need to so it fits you. If there's a particular move I can't do on a particular day I just swap it for something that targets the same (or similar) area that I know I can do (e.g a lot of the time I struggle to do spiderman planks bc of my hips so I usually do up and down planks or russian twists bc they both target abs in some way)

well since you didn’t lose a lot of “weight” that’s weight that was fat probs got converted in to muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat, so you prolly didn’t lose any weight because all that weight was converted into muscle!!! keep doing you, you’re beautiful

When I started, I haven't exercised for 3 years. Can't even do plank for 5 seconds. After 2 weeks shred and 25 days hourglass (which is around 30 days of exercises), up and down plank is no problem for me. I can do those without rest. That's just how strong I've become in 1 month. Crazy.

Wow! Im on my 8th day on leaner leg program. Congrats! There are definitely changes in the skin and the muscles. In every Chloe Ting results video I watch, I can't help but notice that certain glow in the skin that goes with the toned muscles.

You should try Blogilates if you wanna really die every single day! She makes workout calendar for every month and a lot of challenges. Chloe's workout for beginners, but we all have to do more :)

This video is SO inspiring! I started Chloe's 2-week challenge yesterday and am really struggling and feeling discouraged. I don't really have any fitness background whatsoever so I'm starting at square one and just feel so damn weak and can hardly hold any of the forms. Your progress was OUTSTANDING and gave me the motivation I need to keep going. Everything you said is totally accurate! Even if we don't feel like continuing and don't feel like we're making much progress, we probably are making a lot more than we realize and will always be the most hard on ourselves. I loved this and subscribed. I'm looking forward to more fitness videos! 💛

Haloo, it’s okay if you didn’t lose weight much - you lost fat and gained muscles. Muscles are heavier than fat so, you don’t need to worry if the numbers don’t make sense. It’s perfectly normal. :)

i’m doing the hourglass and lean arms challenge simultaneously. i’m DYING, i workout for more than 2 hours at some point. but i enjoy the workouts and loving the results! just push thru, guys! it’s worth it 💖

Glad to see i’m not the only one who would stop every few workouts that are hard, it’s days 4 for me on the 2 week shred and i’ve already gotten way better at it from the start! Remember everyone do everything for yourself and not for anyone else!!!

I've been doing her workouts for 2 months now and the results are amazing. I feel strong and healthy and I also lost about 4kg (8,8lbs) .. my goal is to loose 13kg (28lb)🤘

Proud of you! Congrats and good job!!! If you want to lose weight (and have the opportunity) maybe check out IF/Intermittent fasting. I’ve done it for an week now and I’ve lost 1,5 kg. Good luck!❤️

You also have to consider the fact that this is a 25 day challenge and in my experience it usually takes quite a bit longer to see huge results

Same! I didn’t have much muscle growth in terms of numbers in the measuring tape, but my mom and bf definitely noticed that my butt was rounder and lifted. They didn’t even know I was working on my butt. My waist is also smaller. I never workout and the first day that I used resistance bands, I puked from fatigue 😂 thats how out of shape I was. Now the resistance bands feel much easier. I know big muscle growth would really require weights especially that I have less fat distribution to my lower body.

That workout was meh :/ I had to stop midway through almost finishing the program cuz it didn't even feel like my body was being challenged at all, so I clicked on "flat belly" and the cardio on that program was so intense I actually saw a diff. and I was sweating again. So pls, if u guys think that her workouts aren't challenging u ENOUGH don't be afraid to switch to a different one, ur supposed to keep challenging urself :)

I think the biggest difference I see with you, is that you look stronger. Which Is my main aim of this challenge. Not necessarily to lose the weight, but to tone up and develop more strength. Your video is inspiring, thanks! 😊

I am on my day 2 hourglass program probably going to start summer shred after. I started this measurements. Height; 5 feet ( quite small yeah whatever i feel beautiful anyway) Weight: 46 kg Waist relax: 26 in Waist after eating:26.5 in Waist when suck in: 24 in Bust: 33 High hips: 32.5 in Hips: 33.5 in Day 1: quite okay since im not new to her work out routines. Still sticking to my healthy diet with a few treats here and there. Much of like keeping 1000 kcal but with lots of lean protein and veggies. Day 2: pretty much the same. Sweat like hell a lot. I look like i just went out of the shower. Ate my post work out meal after for like 70 cal only. Drank a lot of water after. I also had breaks you know but i tries to lessen it from 3 to none at all. Note: don't starve yourself. Eat until your full but shouldn't be too full. Any food is fine as long as in moderation. But protein and fiber will be great. Be discipline! If you want me to give an update, you can just ask for some;) but ill try to be consistent on updating.

I'm on day 10! Feeling a bit unmotivated as i haven't felt sore at all throughout the challenge very much, and if i do its only a little bit. I use medium/heavy resistance bands depending on the exercise and although i don't workout often besides starting this challenge i do grow muscle quite easily. I pretty much push myself as hard as i truly can during the workouts and don't need many breaks if any at all. I'm just confused as to why I don't feel sore at all after my workouts??

I have the same problem. I never feel sore.it only lasts a couple minutes right after the workout. I always think that i'm doing something wrong but i do the aame thing my sis does with the same form (she's also a beginner like me and we're at the same fitness level )and she feels sore all the time

Maybe it is ok for you to do the workouts. Feeling too sore is actually a bad thing... if you don't feel the burn during the workout then that is a problem... Maybe you don't engage your glutes or your core enough. I am pretty muscular and have done the workout. Although I don't experience any soreness I have seen a small difference after 20 days because I usually don't workout for my glutes every two days. So you have to take before and atfer pictures to see if anything changed. If not, then maybe you do not focus enough on the glutes or it's to easy for you. Personally, I use weights on my legs to help the workouts being more efficient.

The important thing for the workout is to stretch before and after the workout to be not sore on the next day

anin52 Yes, but you’ll be less sore and it’ll go away faster. Plus dynamic stretches are a great warm up and it’s important that you warm up before working out

So heres a tip : if you think a exercise is hard like side planks or up and down planks and it doesnt have a low impact versión just put a knee in the groun it sitill gonna hurt but not as much as the normal one

Today is my 10 day of the program and I have so many doubs about it. It's really hard, because so many exercises are based on the plank. I don't have that much strenght in my arms and I need to have so many breaks in one video. Also I have big problems with my knees, they hurt so much and I have many bruises on them. I don't have any motivation, but thanks so much for this video, really.

Omg your results are great!!! So toned! I finished day 20. The exercises still hurt. I'm able to do them much better now than 2 weeks ago, but I'm dripping at the end of it. I started at 154lbs and I'm 167cm (5'6-5'7ish) tall for reference. By day 18, I lost 1 inch on my waist and gained 1 on my butt. When you're closer to your heathy weight at the beginning, you don't lose that much but you tighten up. I definitely feel stronger.

You can get some resistance bands on amazon :) Wal-Mart and target sell some as well. You definitely don’t need hers, you can get any kind!
