You need to put Aeroshell 64 grease on the receiver extension (buffer tube) threads, the castle nut threads andd the back of the end plate to get proper torque of 40 ft pounds..Then you should stake it in two places..Nitride is not a coating but a metal process..If you don't have the proper pin gauges to gauge, then I would go with the phosphate carrier, as they usually have better 3 bore tolerances..
That’s good to hear! I put Aeroshell on the treads I just didn’t torque it down. I’m going to watch a few more videos on staking and then I’ll give that a try!!
CTR stock is nice had a few of them but switch to the B5 so much better, I hate buffer spring & buffers only run JP silent capture spring the have different spring & weights, the M4E1 lower is a great lower love running the phase 5 bolt catch & release on mine, good looking setup for the first run & yes you will be doing more🇺🇸
