I did the most beautiful two strand twists (no hair added) but my hair is damaged😔

I can relate - I just did twists on my natural hair and discovered the heat damage in the front, same sections as yours. The back twists were tight and front not so much. I used small perm rods in the front to curl the ends of the straighter twists.
