Most people are pretty much all the time stressed!

So, every time you want to relieve stress, just:
1. Open up
2. Take some deep breaths, starting from the lower belly, going all the way up to the head.
3. Feel energy flowing freely down, while you inhale and up while you exhale.
4. Feel the front of your body relaxing.
The ideal, would be to stay in this state the whole day long, so that stress can not even build up!
