I look forward to your videos. I am very close to the same stage that you are at on my '69...I have learned so much and have used several of your ideas and applied them. I have had mine on my rotisserie for the last 9 months, hopefully will be priming the undercarriage and interior in the next week or two. Thank you for the detailed videos!
Thanks so much! Very appreciative of your comments and support! Glad to hear your build is going well. I’m racing to get the firewall and transmission hump finished so I can weld the floor assembly in. I need to epoxy everything too before the summer.
Thanks. I had a standard, column shift column that I needed to ditch and really wanted the tilt unit to make life easier! 😂 Hope you saw the shout out at the end? Thanks for the pic. 🍻
I have a 1967 Camero SS stripped and in good shape. No motor or transmission. The inside is stripped down to the metal and no dash. It's a blank canvas so I'm watching every single video you post. I'm looking at doing a complete "restomod" job on this car. LT5 with either an 8 or 10 speed automatic transmission. I'm learning a LOT from watching your videos. Please keep posting and when I finally get to the point where I can move my Camaro into the shop and start on it I will be posting videos as I go. Working on a 1978 Corvette right now so I've gotta get that project done first.
How cool! Nice to hear. Look forward to seeing your 67 project progress. I’ll be back on mine in September. I have my next video almost done - a bit more work to complete and edit before I can post it. Thanks for watching and commenting. 🍻
Thanks. Agree - they are. The rings and the ball have a tight machined fit/tolerance, don’t think there’s a lot force trying to separate the assembly given the column is fixed at 2 separate points. Will see how much flex is there when the firewall gets welded up. Not thinking much. 🤔
