Nah don't check the datasheet for a torque spec. Wrap the balance wires around the bus bars, greattttt.That won't cause a short if the insulation rubs away. It's not like its going to be in a mobiliei application

you showed a lot of taping the fiber panels on the pack but never showed us the soldering of the balance wirers to the buss bars? why skip a more importation parts?

It's not 72 volts, 20 Lifepo4 elements = 64 volts. I'm wondering what size the battery will be assembled? I want to assemble 19 elements with a voltage of 60.8 volts into a triangle and I do not know what size it will turn out to be.

Max charging voltage per cell is 3.65v x 20 cells = 73 volts
