I like this guy too. Kyle became a cocky assole and editalent is cool by but does that random cringe "ayeeeeeeee." This guy supplies good stuff without being super loud
it's not like he invented this idea. i first thought he took it from patick cc but in reality patrick could have taken the idea from someone else and so on. So go ahead lol
I think it's better to just send a beat teaser (30 second or less) instead of saying "blah blah blah i'm biggest fan plz hop on my beat" Because seriously, these people are getting thousands of those messages per day. I mean really, these DM's may never be seen at all. But at least sending something you can listen to instantly gives you a little leverage, no?
As an artist myself I honestly feel like the most meh beat you have is one that rappers would find the most interesting. So many times I’ve come across producers who are literally like “I’m not feeling this beat” but then when I listen to it as an artist it’s like an immediate joining of energy. It’s crazy and i can’t describe it but yeah something to keep in mind
Cause we as the artists like simplicity there’s not too much going on in the beat but for a producer they might see it as too basic or they didn’t push themselves hard enough
Thank you Ocean for inspiring me to make beats. You were the first youtuber I came across when i started getting interested in production. Right after watching you I went straight to making beats on garageband lol. I got Ableton Live now and I've been making beats every day for countless hours!
@@sixszn It actually didn't take me too long. Maybe like 2 weeks to get it down. The only thing that takes a long time to learn is the commands and shit. But you can get started making some beats quickly.
ANYONE can achieve their goals. It frustrates me that young men don’t realise their potential nowadays, you are capable of ANYTHING and I’ll start by proving that through my RU-vid channel.
That’s sick congrats, been watching for a year or more but your always sharing sauce and gems thank you for keeping it 💯 the possibilities are out there we just have to take the first step and anything is possible ☝🏽
Brooooooo!!!!!! This is why your my favorite, not only is your content banging but you put in this work and show us how to do it and the courage boost is awesome because your so genuine. Thank you OG!!!!!!!
What ever placement your at, your already there you don’t need anyone telling where you belong. You made it as long as your during what you love. Just keep the grind up and no matter what happens just believe in yourself worth not what other think. Big ups to brother across the pond.
Just started the video and I really support this, personally as a fan I would say you should also shoot your shot with rising artists too, who knows what gems you will discover and crazy jams you will make together, they are less likely to decline and it is a nice place to start I think, just saying. Hoping to enter a music career and I am trying to figure out beat making to make my own beats and personally if I start singing, my strategy will be to collab with rising artistes first to build a fan base and gain recognition before moving to the top of the chain. Much love 😘
Yoo I saw Kota and tobi lou on your list - you would kill some songs together if they ever get back to you! Super psyched that Quadeca responded as well!
Funny, I'm not a music artist at all... I'm an illustrator sitting in Wendy's eating a $5 Biggie Bag... Yet this is still madd entertaining, and I respect your hustle, Bruv!
It was good to see you shoot your shot but don't waste your time with these (famous artsits) your beats are worth more than their dms. They'll never reply. Stop giving them your time, focus on your craft. Eventually Timbaland will pick it up and youll reach newer heights. Drake never responds when he should. Doesn't matter how big of an artist you are. RESPOND TO DMS. Their fans should be given the credit.
Tip- try and find their A&R or manager or somebody close to them or hit up the labels, only thing is alot of times the labels will try to get u to sign a deal and use a placement as bait.
You got the numbers on your side bro. You got a fan base. DROP SOMETHING HOT unknown MC’s Didn’t I see your brother rapping? A hit is a hit. Then they’ll be coming to you. But keep hustling. A closed mouth doesn’t get fed. Shine ✨
bruv that be a 8.5% turnout which is pretty good tbh with all the top artist as well that you included i mean at the same time for a independent producer out of the uk thats some really good results and who knows they might get back to you one day also if you can try to find the personal page to whoever manages the big artist accounts or try to contact their record label or publisher team directly might not be as many emails that they gotta sift through. speaking of which id love to work with you Ocean I may not have much out yet but I definitely have a certain style to bring to the table. Help bring up a no one into a someone the support would be insanely appreciated I need guidance tbh i have been a producer for 4years but have no idea how to market myself I also lost all of my previous work and recently finally got my setup back together. sorry for the book of a comment much love bro.
