there’s just something about dodie that makes me feel so safe and warm. idk why. i’ve been following her since i was 13, and i still feel the same level of just complete comfort when i watch her. she could literally make a video of herself watching paint dry and i would still watch it. this year has been really really hard for me, but i feel a little better when i watch dodie. thank u so much, seriously. ❤️

Because the lines under the letters match up perfectly it's definitely: _ U _ _ D A P _ _ B _ E _ The second time she drew a B she showed us footage of the first time. At the time she held up the B she did say 'it seems that I have knitted another B." So we don't know if that second B is a second B or if it only SEEMS that way. She also hid a knitted O in the background of her instagram story yesterday. Tricky Dodie! This mix pretty much guarantees that last word is Problem -- alternatives don't make much sense: pebbled/Pebbles? For the first word we're looking at these possibilities: build or cubed or if the second B isn't real: guard, ruled, tuned, muted, cured, humid, lured, quaid, mused (more of these sound dodie-esque)

as an american who learned to drive an automatic car but now owns a standard, i feel like automatic cars are training wheel cars. once you know how to drive them you just have to learn how to shift and your fine. i feel like learning all of that at once would be a little overwhelming

The culture around drinking in the UK is so different from America, and especially in my family alcohol is so stigmatized... these videos simultaneously comfort me and confuse me.
is it really a big deal in america? me and my friends have been getting smashed in parks since we were like 14 it's considered just normal teenager behaviour here... ive never considered drinking to be something to have to worry about as if it's like weed or smth illegal?? that's so interesting
@@amritha_r03 Oh, wow. That's really different from in my family. I have alcoholics in my family, and so my parents have always been super conservative about that sort of thing. Maybe it's less of an America thing and more just a my family thing, but I have a feeling my parents would be really worried if I got drunk even if I was over 21.
@@reharm_reality i mean my parents would def have something to say about it if i passed out or was throwing up, ive never got to that point, but they always offer me a drink if they're drinking... i think it's just a way for them to take the mystery away so then when i go to uni i won't end up passing out in a bar alone with no one to help me

This video makes me feel like Dodie is an old friend who I haven't spoken to in a year and a half, and we're finally catching up via Zoom, having breezed through all the phatic "How are you" and "How's school/work/significant other/family/etc?" questions and now we're just staggering through all the miscellaneous tidbits, silly little tangents and hypotheticals.
