Wow! Ur recipe is the best ever 👌 👌 👌 👌 I will actually give it a try Thanks for sharing darling But do i have to preheat or ( light fire🔥) the oven both up and down ? 🤔
I've made bread in the past. Seems like most of the bread recipes I read online no one has ever really proofed their yeast. I do have to use my kitchen aid to do the kneading because I have arthritis. When you make fresh bread it's better for people who have diabeties. Of coarse it's better if you griind your own wheat. Flour spoils at the rate of milk so there you have it. LOL I don't have a grinder. I will check your site to see how you make wheat bread.
I have a question I am hoping someone can help ..if you put your bread to proof in the oven..now what do you do, take it out to preheat to temp or can you just leave it in and turn the oven to baki g temp?
Plz also mention what king of flour is, is it maida or 100% whole wheat. 100% Whole wheat flour is good for health.in this video It seems maida( all purpose flour, a stiky part of wheat) which is very bad for heath. Its a kind of slow poision. Never use this Maida

(1) What if am using instant yeast, is it a must to proof the yeast or should I just add the yeast like that? (2) If am using an electric mixer how long should I knead the dough? (3) When greasing my pans is it only oil and flour or only oil
