Hey, Gemma and Yoshi and Gamology! Have you guys checked out Rantoni (RU-vidr) and his rendition of Mortal Kombat techniques? He's a Chinese-German Warrior who studied three years at the Shaolin Temple and does Game Reacts/Plays, and is a cool dude! Maybe Gamology could have them on their show as a Host for a few episodes.
17:02 backstory on this Ermac had broke Johnny's knee in mortal kombat 9 and that's the effects. Also cage references him to shao Kahn asking him about ermac. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PxQ7rqYGfY0.html
I'm hurt that nobody on set told them how to check their moves or do fatalities. Would've liked to see them react to more special moves/fatalities while playing against each other
I literally found this channel this morning, binged watch all the martial arts reactions, and now here’s a new vid from these two. What are the odds lol
The first martial arts react was posted on dec 31 2019, 365 days from 2020 + 279 days passed in 2021 -2 days ago from this comment. With 51 total martial arts react videos, 51/642= 0.0794. So there was a 7.94 percent chance you watched one of these videos and they posted one on the same day
"That's because I got my boy Joe Taslim up in here." So nice this shout out Yoshi does to Taslim. He was amazing as Sub Zero in the 2021 film. But, technically, the game's Sub Zero is not the one Taslim plays, which is Bi Han. The one in the game is his younger brother, Kuai Liang. In the game, Bi Han is Noob Saibot.
Yo, now that it’s Spooky Season, how about a Doctor/Makeup Artist reacts to Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 Special Infected? Gotta have the staple of the holiday somewhere.
You mean when he was throwing rocks up and down? If so then he was teasing gemma that she's trapped. That she can't jump nor stay on the ground. That he's got it covered.
I'm much better at this and Injustice than my dad is at SF and Tekken. He played for real and competed in the mid 90s as a earl-to-mid-20s guy in upstate NY. I went and did one tournament and wound up realizing I wasn't nearly as good as I thought I was. I used my best in Liu Kang and still got roasted by a guy name Joey. He was really good with Tekken as well. He's not pro either, just really good and a lot better than me. I can get him in Madden and most sports games, he gets me in most fighting games. However, surprisingly, my dad did do a couple serious tournaments and his go-to trump card was Zangief because he knew if he could get in range with the grabs, and especially if he could get 2-3 in a row, they wouldn't be able to stop him for the rest of the match. He's still pretty good at Tekken and SF, he likes Martial Law Liu Kang and Fei Long. Basically the guys based on and inspired from Bruce Lee. I also like Liu Kang, but find his MKX version to be a little slack in some ways. I stuck with Scorpion and my dad still cant touch my Liu Kang or Scorpion. He likes Erron Black too. I like Jax and Jacqui Briggs as a counter to that.
Man, these 2 have such a great chemistry. Puns, jokes below the belt, dad jokes, sometimes jokes that will make even The Pervy Sage himself proud, absolutely no skill in fighting games. And what’s more important - both of them get the jokes and don’t get offended. Yet these 2 can Mortal Kombar your ass in real life. We need more videos with Yoshi and Gemma.
I like it how they had trouble to figure out on how to do the fatalities or to know their moves. Also, bit of an idea for a reaction: Photographer or Vlogger reacts to Revelations (Yakuza 3, 4 and 5)
I honestly would watch the two martial artists and the two marines just play a casual game of Mario party. There’re personalities are so strong that I usually don’t care about the game that much. Also, it’s funny.
I didn’t expect Yoshi and Gemma playing video games together to become a thing, but I couldn’t be happier. “Just a tiny hug. Give me a hug!” “No, take me to dinner first!” 🤣 “ShE uSeS qU**F aTtAcK! IT’s sUpEr eFfEcTiVe!”
Always classic. I would love to see you two react to famous martial arts movies like the 5 Deadly Venoms; even re-create some of the moves. That would be totally awesome.
I love using Jacqui and now cannot see that attack the same ever again. I'm going to someday be in a match and just burst out laughing for no apparent reason when I recall her saying "queef attack" 🤣
@@youraveragejoe2 too true... seeing how MERCILESS the CPU can be... these two Casuals, funny I thought at least Yoshi was experienced... clearly have NO IDEA.
@@robertagu5533 depending on what difficulty they put it on. Very easy isn't no problem now medium and very hard is the issue. Though I'd like to see their reactions when they find out the CPU can play the game for you.
We’ve seen martial artists play and react to some good stuff. It’d be neat to see Virtua Fighter or Shenmue appear in one of these. Shenmue was made back in 98, and was revolutionary for its time. It tends to focus on Bajiquan (I believe) as the main martial art, and Virtua Fighter prides itself on practical, more true to life (as a fighting game can get while feeling arcadey) martial arts as opposed to a lot of fighters. Especially with their animations. Slowed down, you can see every bit of detail out into each animation.
If I was either one of their friends I'd wanna spar them with my wingchun/hung gar/Tai chi/taekwando style and if I lost challenge them to a fighting game as I know I'd win and feel better about losing the sparring match lmfao
This video just reaffirms my belief that these two should play the story mode to any fighting game really, although clearly MK11 is a good place to start. Their reactions alone would be the best reason to watch.
You know lol... I really had fun laughing at their gameplay bro lol reminds me when me and my cousin man when we first started playing video games for the first time lol good times and memories man lol more of this man this is so fun to watch lol
