Trying out a new format, just walking around my neighborhood, talking to anybody who will listen! I am open to advice as well. This is a unique position to be in, in my life - that's for sure.

Hey! Great to see you back again :) You got 2 months out of it, which hopefully set some new habits, so that's a positive. Now its just one step at a time (literally?) doing one moment of a good thing, then another. Don't overwhelm yourself with "all-of-the-things" because that just freezes you. I enjoyed this walk & talk, maybe you could do more of them, with thoughts on life. Patreon or Ko-Fi could be an option too?
Dude, you need to find meaning in your work or you'll continue to struggle at the starting line. Meaning gets you through the tough times. Not sure how to find meaning? Try this: what do you hate? Injustice? Then you love justice. Do you hate chaos? Then you love peace. Do you hate lies? Then you love the truth. Do an internal inventory and figure out what you love and work to bring it into the world. Not just in society but in your own home. It will bring meaning and pride to your work, and that's the hole you're trying to fill with other things. Don't seek happiness, it's fleeting like a pleasant smell in the wind. It's absence makes the world that much worse. Instead, seek contentedness: it doesn't bring any lows afterwards because it never leaves and it's much deeper. Good luck my friend.
I agree that they shouldnt havr tricked you but I run a 5k every other day to lose weight and keep it off. It took months to be able to do that. You have to work for it and you can do it. But it will not be fast or wasy
