Fun Fact: the actual real Colonel Sanders went into a KFC after he gave away the company and absolutely roasted it. He said the fried chicken was a “Goddamn dough ball stuck on some chicken, The Gravy and Mashed Potatoes were called “Goddamn Slop” and “Wallpaper paste”

The KFC in our neighborhood has a metal silhouette of Colonel Sanders on the curb. At night it looks like a man standing there, and he regularly scares drivers and pedestrians.

I love how this game all the bad dating game tropes. Every piece of cheesy dialogue, every poorly developed character, every akward out-of-nowhere romantic bit, every poorly developed charaxter "growth" ending in an insprinational speech, it's all here for fun. The developers absolutely knew what they were doing.

I chose KFC and since a presentation was included I took the liberty to show the entire class both the trailer for this game and the hallmark film. I think it was probably the best moment I had that year lol

I was in college when this game first came out, and one Friday night, me and my buddies got together, and ended up doing a playthrough of this game, and we all voiced each of the characters, and ofc, for one character (Miriam, I think) we did a Toad voice for. This game was soured for me personally due to a really specific situation, I decided to be a mentor/trainer one year in college at the university's radio station, and the person assigned to me just played this game while i was trying to train them. I tried being polite and just not bringing it up but after multiple hours-long sessions where i was hosting a show and training this guy, i just nicely asked him to pay attention and he explained to me one of his professors was giving his class extra credit for signing up for the radio station and he was just there for that. So i was stuck at my show while a stranger sat there and occasionally distracted me with totally unrelated stuff. This game always just reminds me of that time now, but hey i love the video! Keep up the great work man!
