That’s why I have a knife That’s why I craft a spear That’s why I use harpoons That’s why I use lights I love submersible vehicles, that’s why I use them.
Very innovative and creepy story. Also, perhaps the swimmer drowned because they looked below the surface and saw the `mermaid`, which caused them to pass out from shock.
under da belt! Under da belt! baby it's better down where it's wetter, take it from me! up above they bounce and play, down below we make your day! It's always better, down where it's wetter, under da belt!
+AndyDoesLife I know how you feel, I used to live near where he's describing and there are some really creepy lakes. Extra creepy because there are some lakes that are deep and cold enough to stop bacterial decay, and there are a couple that dont get enough oxygen in the water to allow fish or plant growth beyond the near-surface. I was reading about one lake similar to the story (not around here) where they found a few drowned bodies that were years old but looked like they had only been there a few days.
One, you should probably inform the police of the dead bodies at the bottom of the lake. Two, if I had kids I would not let them fucking do that crazy shit.
Once I was walking around in the lake near my house and I came across a fish hook with a thick clump of black hair stuck in it, and then I just sorta put it down and walked away like "no I didn't just find the remains of a dead hooker. Nope not me"
I don't wish to put down MrCreepyPasta but the stories you find are almost always a hundred times better written and creepier, I applaud you for not pick any random story just to get a video out, keep it up.
Because a conscience is nothing. A conscience is nothing more than a strong belief in morals, which in turn are nothing more than ideas about what is good and evil.
but at least theres chlorine in public pools that help to clean (or should i say, dissipate) things like sweat or urine. lakes are pure, undiluted waste water.
Exactly what I say to everyone when camping, "Lakes are toilets for animals." My friends give me this expression: :l And go swimming anyways. I love clear water, At least then I can see what's below me and where I'm stepping.
I used to have dreams about being deep in the water, So deep that there was no light but the one on me. In the boundary of that little bubble of light I'd look and catch glimpses of movement and know things were there just out of sight. Monstrous huge forms that could swallow me whole. That is why I don't swim in the ocean.
In your dreams you must have been like Beowulf slaying the huge monsters and taking out one of its eyes with a knife and then you swam for another 3 days straight before reaching dry land
I remember once me and my best friend bought some goggles so we decided to go swimming under the water, and somehow we thought we saw a dead body, but turns out it was literally just some sandcastles someone made earlier in the summer, and the tide went up so they went underwater 😂
Update: so last month I learned that they weren’t actually sandcastles it was wood that was appeared different in texture because of the water being on them for so long, ha ha
I used to love swimming and I was always ready to jump into the sea or a lake if I could. But one day I went into the ocean, like the ocean, not the shore and not a river. The complete darkness that enveloped me instantly and what could be hiding in it made me get incredibly anxious and that anxiety sticks with me to this day.
This is one of my favorite stories. I don't do dark open water for reasons like this. You never know what's swimming below you just waiting to drag you to it's home at the bottom of the lake.
What is the name of the sweet melody in the first minute of the video? I couldn't find it in Myuuji's music and I would love to know :) It hits me right in the feels
🎵I don’t swim anymore, I don’t swim anymore, I don’t swim anymore like I used to. I don’t swim anymore, I don’t swim anymore, I don’t swim anymore because my legs are broke. 🎵
This seems like the right kind of thing that would scar someone for life. Lol how weird no one investigated that. Thanks for this story. You're keeping me company while I cook. Xoxo
this would never happen to me. fish and underwater plants creep me out so i avoid swimming in natural bodies of water. i would NEVER dive to the bottom of a lake, especially if there was a creepy abandoned building on its edge. but seriously... why wouldn't this guy tell someone?! not even the po po? these spirits of those murder victims probably saw him and thought "yeah, he's gonna tell someone. we'll finally get freed from this dank ass lake." its not polite to keep them waiting so long!
Jeff and Smile Dog are my favorite Creepypasta Duo and Jeff x Jane is my favorite Creepypasta Couple. Jeff and Smile are also the main Protagonists of The Creepypasta Series.
My "friend" nearly drown at the beach once...I had ear buds in so I couldn't hear her. Her boyfriend pulled her out then they sucked faces for like an hour...so yeah... then they got mad at me for wanting to leave...
What? I said "My 'friend' NEARLY drown" meaning she didn't. When her boyfriend pulled her out they made out nonstop for nearly an hour, when I said I didn't wanna watch them suck face and I wanted to go home they both got pissed at me.
Wow. Scary! I have a really small and super deep lake in my town. My grandpa was out fishing one day with another man, and a weird...One-eyed-fish-thing swam across the water. My mom said he said it was about 3 feet long. Him and the other man both saw it. I'm not sure if its true of not, but I know they pulled 4 cars out of that lake, that had been missing for years.
Lakes aren't exactly dirty, there are multiple things that actually filter out some of the grime in them, that is if the water is aerated and doesn't become stagnant.
He would have died from rapid pressure changes caused by going either too deep without proper equipment or going back up to fast or he would have gone up slowly and drowned, also due to lack of proper equipment.
they were Lucky they didn't get the bends from coming up from the bottom so quickly it would have been one more scary element to suffer from the bends while going through that fear
Well, this has ruined swimming in lakes for me forever! The one were i used to swim is also extremely deep for a lake and years ago several people dissappeared near it, so, from now on i stay on the beach.
Ahhhhh, When I was a young boy like you, I always had time for a lovely swim in death being stalked by a creature of hell keeping its rotting corpses still somewhat alive looking, at the bottom of the hell hole of water that is my lake :)
