Even though Iraq has asked American troops to leave Iraq, America still wants to be in Iraq. *There is war, there must be America.* *America always interferes in other countries' affairs. I mean saying the US would lose a war to China and Russia is a bit irrelevant considering we would have allies on our side also. The US does need to strengthen our military capabilities still though especially with so emboldened authoritarians and dictators in the world. Also need to fix the recruitment issue by making the military more appealing perhaps higher salaries could increase recruitment some.
