Fully support the mad science projects! The only use I've seen for the Enforcer / Marshal is blops flexing, whether it's using it as bait or having the confidence to drop on someone with something so absurdly expensive 😂
This is a short note to say that I will never post vacuous comments like "first to watch the video." Now, I undocked an Enforcer once and was instantly challenged to a duel. Good ship but against a Loki or Tengu of the same value I wouldn't fancy it.
The Enforcer makes for a great BLOPS bait ship. Beyond that, it's a little too expensive to have much use imho. Also, I love the "first" comments! To me, that means folks are excited to get to watch a new video!!
@@captainbenzie I think its more respectful of someone's hard work to make a comment with some actual thought behind it. I got on the Redbubble homepage once and was pretty active on it, many years ago. And I'd have spent a month of hard work doing a piece, surely people could take two minutes to think of something more than "Instant fav!" So its just my principle for the media I consume whether its a public youtube video or just something a friend posts on Instagram, if I'm going to write anything I always take a couple of minutes to write something that matters. Consequently my opinion of this 'first' business ranges from nothing to a little sycophantic.
@@gankmarvin to each their own. As a RU-vidr, every comment adds "engagement" which ups the video. So, even just a "🚀" is better than no comment at all and I don't feel like I'm "worth" anything particular. I'm just proud that folks enjoy my content enough to watch and support in whatever way they can 😊
@@captainbenzie So hypothetically, and to bring things to extremes, would you prefer all meaningful comments or all meaningless comments for the rest of your youtube life? You can pick one or abstain. Engage!
SARO skin looks waay cooler! Enjoy flying mine as love the look/design... but yea it is weak af. I just used mine to grind missions to raise all my standings to unlock the main Epic Arcs. Otherwise it's not much use, just cruise in style lol.
Yes security status with this ship is huge. I have one, thank you project discovery, with a large ancillary shield booster. I have less dps but each shield boost is humongous...at level 5.
Here is my fitting. 550 DPS 400 HP shield boost/sec Coreli A-Type Multispectrum Coating Caldari Navy Ballistic Control System Damage Control II Ballistic Control System II 'Firewall' Signal Amplifier 50MN Y-T8 Compact Microwarpdrive Domination Shield Boost Amplifier X-Large Ancillary Shield Booster Shadow Serpentis Warp Disruptor Shadow Serpentis Stasis Webifier Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II Heavy Assault Missile Launcher II Core Probe Launcher II Covert Ops Cloaking Device II Medium Bay Loading Accelerator I Medium Processor Overclocking Unit I Federation Navy Hobgoblin x2 Salvage Drone II x1 Hornet EC-300 x2 Caldari Navy Mjolnir Heavy Assault Missile x1895 Nova Heavy Assault Missile x1455 Inferno Rage Heavy Assault Missile x1544 Navy Cap Booster 400 x17 Scourge Rage Heavy Assault Missile x1390 I honestly don't use it much but hey here it is.
I have not watched the entire video, however have you made sure that your sec status is maxed? Your fitting screen seems to suggest that it repair 99 hp/s, whilst pyfa suggests 150hp/s. Sec status matters in this ship.
Some of my old corp folks got absolutely mad because I was ratting in a stormbringer. That edencom cruiser. It was fun... I know the Ishtar is the best option but I was bore of the same old ratting so I try something else. Some players can be really single minded and believe there is only one way to do things and who doesn't do it on that is wrong and should burn in hell...
I used a mid grade mature set for cap, allows you to use 1 thukkar battery and 10mn ab with pith x large booster, I used a cheap mutaplasmid to roll a 18km web, did the same with the bcu's and increased range with rigs. I did the bad thing rolling on t2s but it only cost me maybe 27mil you do have to bling it out but breaks 800dps
The enforcer is actually a very good null sec mission runner, with a pvp fit at the same time. Cloaks and sneaks around. Keep directional scans going, use cap boosters and neutralizers, web and disruptor. I armor tank and use heavy assault. Works at every 0 sec lv3 and when I’m stopped by the occasional interdictor it is dead in 30 sec. Avoid bigger ofc,
I unloaded my javelins ( needed room to pick loot up on my route )as never needed them in over 20 tetrimon event sites only to meet multiple 9 ship waves of neuts damps and scrams , by end of wave 2 i was neuted out and guidance comps switched of , couldn`t hit anything , used my drones to kill one of the two remaining ships when the third wave came and killed me , if i had kept the javelins on board it would have been cake . Luckily i managed to reship 3j away and the 90% drop rate meant i only lost the hull.
The probably bad sec status aside, the Enforcer tends to be more of a lemon. Whilst it got some love in the Blackops update gaining another turret and drone bay, it still suffers by being outclassed by T3C's in almost every way. It does however shine in 2 departments. Omni Tank, and its low skill requirements. The enforcer is by far the easiest Blopsable Cruiser to get into. If you are wanting to go Blopsing or hunting in a covert cyno with your friends, but you are low sp, this is the easiest way to participate. The other use is as a low SP Cyno for Cyno alts since they don't need Racial Cruiser V trained.
The enforcer from my understanding has always been more of a covert ops cruiser version of the gnosis I forget if it's capable of using drones but I don't think so.
@@captainbenzie actually as you mentioned in the video regarding some of it's bonuses. It's not great for using in wh or null sec but it's possible worth trying in high sec and low sec missions and maybe FW could be a good option too. Especially with the increase in in security status gain. It's possible to use it to regain lost security status from low Hanks where such fleets usually requires a minimum security status to avoid having someone becoming too low and criminal
I run 5 of these at once and let me tell you, these ships make amazing Venture killers, and can easily hold covetors, procurers and a porpoise (*use two*). DO NOT get complacent however, you need to really manage capacitor or you’ll find yourself in deep waters. Not only that but never take on anything higher than a cruiser, and even then, weigh the offensive capabilities of every ship….. If you are careful and fast, this hull makes a great Miner Hunter / PVP (*light*). ❤
Now i have to pyfa the enforcer for a solo hunter killer ship. just being able to use a covert ops cloak makes it a ship i would consider for that role.
Honestly… the only thing the enforcer is is the same thing the other two are A ship of a class meant for the people that don’t have a race trained to level V Pacifier: Covert Cyno Enforcer: Hard Cyno Marshal: Blops
I'm trying to get back to EvE after not playing it for a year. What is the best EvE FITS website right now? Have to be adaptive with these fits. And this Enforcer is of course a little bit of overkill as it always was.
There is a rule in EVE Online: "The cooler looking the ship, the crappier it is." Seems like CCP is averse to making the cool-looking ships actually good in the game.
