AB- my friend Curtis media ( on RU-vid) he’s emailed you he really needs your help as the police have refused to give him bodycam footage from his wrongful unlawful arrest. He says to check your emails please
For anyone that's ever wondered how the Nazis were able to carry out all of their atrocities, the answer is right here in AB's video. It's human nature than when you give someone a job and a uniform and ask them to enforce all sorts of unfair, illogical, tyrannical rules, they will do so. And they will defend those rules to the hilt, regardless of any counter-argument.
I think your right ... also they give you a name, nationality, your religion etc at birth, none of it inherently yours as your location mostly determines which and you'll end up defending it to the death
Correct, conformity without knowledge, slavish conformity, that is someone wears a uniform or is in a certain office they must slavishly be bowed down to.
They also need to be assured that they are not liable for their atrocities. Dehumanisation of the people on whom the atrocities are committed is another. And brainwashing to worship the state.
100% "Boss says do this". Minimum wage workers sent out to enforce BS 'rules' (not laws and likely not legal to enforce) and the managers never have to mingle with the poors
this is true ,, its the overlords these muppets work for. Look how long auditing's been going on for... and still they churn out muppet after muppet.. its like trying to explain to a dog how to send a message on an iphone (no offence to dogs
This is the kind of guy who would follow any order even if he were to know that he's preventing legal activities. He takes orders and that makes him feel useful.
Exactly, he was following company policy. If he let people infringe that, he isn't doing his job. He's caught between a rock and a hard place. This is what high ranking generals pleaded at Nuremberg in 1946. They too were damned if they did, damned if they didn't. The guards best way forward would be to turn a blind eye.
I like how there is always a British person just hanging out in a shop window. She said "Aliens aren't allowed in the Oracle" while eating one of Ben's cookies. It felt very Dr. Who.
I'm pretty sure she didn't say that tho, sadly. Also, it's quite normal for a British shopping centre to have some British inside BUT she was not in any way a bit weird. I think she can get away with hanging outside Ben's Cookies as she was wearing the uniform so might work there. One day, I hope to propose.
British law? The law from the Middle Ages still prevails here, as well as construction in the UK that stopped in 1940, it's only the fault of the British and their stupid illogical ideas 😅
I'm sure he knows it is legal to film in publicly accessible areas like the Shopping mall and he can't tell them to delete the footage or stop the person from filming. What the security guard can do In the shopping mall which is a rule set by management that you cannot film, meaning the security guard can trespass you and ask you to leave even though it is legal if they don't want you there they can get rid of you.
"If you refuse we put you on the floor" "Noya won't, sorry.... back inside pup" Imagine threatening a teen with bodily harm for wearing a alien suit and recording a sh1tty shopping centre
If there was a serious incident in The Oracle that their CCTV cameras didn’t capture….they would be very interested in any footage on mobile phones that might contain evidence.
Exactly. Someone on the ground filming may capture suspects faces better than their CCTV. People overtly filming may also help prevent some low level crime such as shoplifting. I’m sure there are a lot more pros than cons when it comes to people filming.
Insurance companies said if people install dash cameras in their cars when they first become available would get a discount on their premiums $$ to show who's at fault. Guess what?..no discount happened.
If you were in their situation what would you do? Would you put your wife and kids in a dinghy, put them at risk to get here or would you come by yourself, try to get asylum or right to remain and then bring your family over? There is a reason mostly men come over, they want to protect their families, their loved ones.
AB please never quit what you are doing. Your communication is awesome, top marks!!! You know the law so very well. In a world where everyone has a camera, auditors are so important to call out the idiots without getting too hostile.. love your work ❤
AB is the man of many different accents that change randomly depending on the person trying to assert authority over him! Still waiting to hear the "Asgard" one!😉
These security people are confusing Private ownership with private access. Any building with Public Access which is freely accssible is open to invite anyone in, and they would have the same rights as they would in public space. .
@@MrAndrewFarrow 🤔 the agent is the one open to litigation, the building may be privately owned, but the public access will come under commercial licence, the agent is still using private dictats, when there is many public protections.
I think you are all mistaking contractual access, with public access. When you enter any shopping centre in an enclosed and controlled building you enter under a contract that you consent to the rules of the building. Again however, as it’s a private building their rules will say security can record for security purposes (as they aren’t legally allowed to keep the recordings for longer then an allocated period). That being said however, hunting down anyone who records (including vloggers) is a bit pathetic really. It just suggests to me that they likely don’t do a very good job of stopping actual crimes though - the max punishment any person can get for recording is literally kicked off the premises because theirs no legally bound consequence unless they refuse to leave in a reasonable manner. Whilst the security man is right in his reasoning, what he is forced to do in his job is just sad.
Ican't understand why shopping centres are so against people filming as they walk round. It's like they are so secretive about their place yet people can see with their eyes anyway.
Does security know we are in the UK? A free country? From now on every time security says you’re not allowed to film without peoples permission just say turn off your cameras as you don’t have my permission 😊
@@RyanKeane9 I don’t think we’re free,we live in a nanny state where they/them zee/zim have more rights and respect than the common man! It’s what we’re titled as
Many security folk seem to imagine they are enforcing some private licence / lease to tell the public what they can / can't do, rather than lease / licence being obligation, agreeing to conform to the needs of the public, and to make it suitable & accessible.
Yo! AB!! That security guard was a canny chap really, just misinformed and like many others, a Jobsworth, shaped by corporate management guidance. I hope he enjoys his new found fame, bless his little cotton socks. 😁 Class stuff as usual, keep up the good work good sir. Peace and love!
This guy... is that part that doesn't represent Romania anywhere in the world. I am Romanian too but I disagree with these kind of people. Good job AB. 🙏
@@pattskatoey3139 I mean that Romania has smart and hardworking people and low people as this guy is. I like to believe Romanians are far more better, hardworking and good attitude than this famous guy from AB's video.
Everyone should stick together and refuse to shop in the centre while the centre is filming the public. We don’t want to be filmed the same as they don’t want to be filmed. One rule for them and one rule for us
"Not allowed, not allowed, in this day and age there are far too many security jobsworths that believe that there are too many things that are "ewe ahh knot arr-loud" to do. 🙄
any place like a shopping centre is a privately owner building that gives access to the public, now you can walk in and film but if the rules put in place by the owner states no filming, security have to ask you to stop filming, as in order to be in the building you must follow their rules, if you refuse then they can physically remove you as a last resort if you refuse to leave.
Maybe a simple way to explain it to them is that what "the centre managers" CAN do is close the centre to the public, if they want, but if they want it open to the public, then that is their choice.
Well spotted, I’ve noticed on a few of these audits there are no signs saying no photography or filming. There must be a reason why filming is against their policy but they don’t or can’t put a sign up saying so.
15:10 He is right, it is a private building. But so is the pedestrian area outside the building. So how do the public know that the rules that control their actions and sometimes thought can change the moment they step over some imaginary line. The security guard pointed out the signs - hidden away in a corner of the entrance that no one ever looks at. Why do they not look? Because they don't think the rules can change from one public place to another.
Incorrect . nobody can stop a member of the public filming . just as you can not stop CCTV filming you . Those in authority who object to being filmed in public are likely to be involved in incriminating activity at some level .
Yep: ...You can basically do whatever you like (legally) in a private place: They cant stop you or penalize you (legally or civilly) for doing what your doing: Although if they don't want you doing it they can "ask" you to stop or tell you to leave: if you don't comply then they can trespass you
Put simply you can film in publicly accessible places like the Shopping Mall. But, the Management there and Security can trespass you if they like such as for filming as it is as they put it "Rules" to follow in their place or they will trespass you and ask you to leave. Even if it is legal they can still get rid of you, but they cannot stop you from filming or ask you to delete that footage even if they trespass you and ask you to leave the building that is all they can do.
Imagine for a moment, one day in the near future you wake up and your country's police force is suddenly filled with people who's first language isn't English (and not able to understand nuance or sarcasm) and their understanding of the laws of the land they reside in is extremely poor, and go on what they believe is the law! Coming soon to a country near you!
The mall is classed as an extension of a 'public place' as descript in Public Order 1936 which includes any highway and any other premisies or place to which at the matrerial time the public have or are permitted to have access, whether on payment or otherwise under Section 33 Criminal justice Act 1972.
It's my understanding that in the USA you can be made to leave a private business (like a shopping center), for filming. But interestingly you can legally continue to film as you leave!
AB must be wearing his spy glasses because this security guard would have tried to kick him out because he is recording him 😂😂😂. This security guard is funny 😂😂. Good job AB 👍👍
