There are black Americans who always push that lie. People like Tariq Nasheed who is on Twitter and RU-vid always blames everything on African immigrants and says we are not the same people.

You may not share those sentiments, but it does exist-on both sides. Very sad, nevertheless.

This was my impression until visiting Tanzania. The only thing that was said that could be loosely considered negative was to improve my Swahili. This was followed by a quick lesson and the words "welcome brother" or "welcome home brother". Every AA needs to visit the motherland at least once, whatever country your conscience leads you to.

Ghana is my home. I was born in Jamaica but I will return. 3 years ago I visited NIGERIA but Ghana is were my Ancestors is calling me. I woke up early one morning with these 3 words after coming back from Lekkie NIGERIA. I love it there and my son was great to see how majestic he comes from the lineage of King and Queen. These 3 words changed my life Me Fre wu: Me Fre wu: Me Fre wu.** (I am calling you-English) What I later learned from my Ghanaian uncle in Canada is that some one is calling me. Its my Ancestors is calling me home. I am so uncomfortable in my space right now. I am heading to Africa asap to visit and bring my business home to give back to my family there. No its due to propaganda. In america all we see is waring tribes on our news. In america we are shown rwanda torn up..not clean and beautiful.. We see dirt huts and starving babies with swollen bellies and flies all over them. We see Kenya and safari.. Its been playing on our tv for at least 40 years. We arent taught about africa in schools ..you have to go out of your way to study about africa. Its not taught in our colleges. When I came to africa people thought I was crazy. I took over 200 pictures to show that its not like we were taught. Right now..im the ONLY person I know posting things about ending SARS in nigeria..no one knows about it..because its not important to t.v. stations...and shes young.. so imagine an older person.they have been indoctrinated much longer..
