I'm just days away from 70 years old so I've heard a lot of great singers in my life (and some not so great) but I've never heard a singer, female or male, with such an incredible as Ms. Thomas has. Her singing can give me "goose bumps." Her voice is so sweet and pleasing as well as well as strong and clear. Her expressions and movements while singing give meaning and character to the songs and every word sung by her. I think she could be a great actress, as well as being an incredible singer, if ever decided to pursue acting...........as long as she never stops singing!

Lucy I would like to have the transcript of every song of yours from you. Especially the song hallelujah which drew me very close to following you. The wordings are not clear to read while you sing though mentioned in the video (not clearly visible and readable ) and I want to show it to the person who said you are a pop singer. Most others would perfectly understand the meaning and intent of @nedkelly3436’s comment. Is not the purpose of language communication? Was there something about @nedkelly3436's comment that you did not perfectly understand notwithstanding the grammatical error? With all the atrocious grammatical and spelling errors rampant on RU-vid comments, why did you choose this one? I am old enough to remember and appreciate Aerosmith's version of the classic rock song and I've also enjoyed the country version, but Lucy simply knocked it out of the park with her amazing voice and delivery. As Lucy continues to mature and refine her talent, the sky is limit regarding how far she can go. That, and her beautiful smile at the end simply made my week. With every song progression you can hear a very distinct country twang in Lucy's voice. Lucy has a huge following here in Nashville, Tennessee and we all have been hoping for years that Lucy would try just one country song, and the most perfect song for her is "MAYBE IT WAS MEMPHIS" by Pam Tillis. This song well really test and showcase her music abilities. The passion in Pam's voice gives me chills every time....

It has nothing to do with me, though not knowing me, it's a pretty stupid reply. Her voice, not that angelic, falls within the range of soprano. That's not hard to any soprano. The fact is, most of the time, she doesn't do all she could do with her voice. There's some potencial there, but she's not using it.

Dear Lord. That is a massive song to attempt with one of the worlds greatest 'wailers' in Steven Tyler. And you know what? You absolutely nailed it to perfection. That was astonishingly good. A complete change from the Whitney Houston, Snow Patrol etc covers and it shows the amazing versatility, range and control of your voice. Keep smiling, keep singing and keep making the world a better place

I am typically not a fan of covers for hit songs. I tend to get very attached to the originals and covers almost always fall short for. I say almost because rarely I hear someone that does the original justice. You are one of those rare gems that manages to take an original hit and make it not only as good as the original but even better in some ways for me.
