@Blurplurp I have known you since you released your first videos - you have hell of a talent. It is kind of pitty you re not making videos anymore - however I understand life is happening and priorities change. I played DotA1 and watched your DotA1 videos, I now play DotA2 and I am glad I found your video about DotA2. It was very thrilling to watch. Thumbs up for your work. On the other hand I am worried - because I read many pages - if anything happened or what. There is no info about you. Instagram/Facebook/Twitter - I cant find anything. There is nothing on Reddit and I could barely find any info on DotA forums.

8:04 Wait, how did roshan fall to the dire? Illusions get destroyed before they can make their attack. If the other team who was attacking roshan was dire, their hp bars would have been red. Am I missing something? This is a replay, because both FoV are visible, otherwise it would have been possible to explain imo with the hp bars. You can see the gold gain on the original CK which is very odd if the sound was edited.

In attempting to replicate this well-known bug, DotA 2 developers instead made it disjoint projectiles. But this not only is odd, it fails to replicate the original exploit by making the bug worse. This has been listed as a confirmed bug on the DotA 2 Developer forums for months, but for some reason there's been no action. Anyway, bravo to Syllabear for brilliantly exploiting it.

This is a bug with DotA 2. In WC3, an engine bug caused strange effects when units were disabled during uninterruptible actions like most transformations (though most transformations had zero transformation time, avoiding this bug). In brief, they would not be disabled (and indeed immune to disables for the buff's duration). But other than a handful of disables, everything worked fine--notably damage.

gotta realize that LoL has very passive laning phase with little harass, supports with heals, little ganks, little disables, at least 1 if not 2 get out of jail free cards every few minutes (summoner spells). dota is much more fast paced, not that either game is better as I have played both just trying to say the difference. but yea you probably had bad players but i'm sure you weren't so hot either :P

Could I ask you a few things? N1 - The cool name thingy is from after effects or Sony Vegas(I vote for AE). N2 - What are the BASIC(not all, just basic) effects you use in Sony Vegas(I want to make movies and am amazed at what SonyV can do because I mainly work with AE) N3 - How come you always make a masterpiece? :D The movie itself is just, just.... I think that Made By Blurpi should describe it perfectly ^_^. You are the man!(Also, you made me get into editing :D) Wish you best of luck ^_^.

Your arguments are quite useful. I guess everyone agrees with you, as long as noone else says something like " no, it's not ", because that would throw over your entire comment. Well, in my opinion Blurpi's video is better, hes just a divine editor ( a better editor than hexor ( or as you say " haxor " )) and his scenes + transitoins + Soundeffects are just epic.

While most clips are wonderful, some clips are just a few heroes ks-ing, such as zeus and jakiro. Also, I wouldn't say that the pudge in the vengeful spirit/pudge clip is great play. He's just saving vs from a certain death. It just happens that she swapped herself and rubick in time

I think that this is probably the best Dota 2 video so far.. It just reminds me of old dota videos, usually made by hexOr, that were so cool and had so many wow scenes.. While DC's top 10 series or other "movies" are good, this has seriously made my jaw drop.. great work, Blurpi!

Sunstrike does a certain damage, doesn't matter if you hit in the center or the side, the damage is split among all the enemies on his range, so be sure to hit only your primal target if you need a good damage, or hit 2 of them if they are at a very low health level. :)

Team fights feel a lot longer in LoL because there's usually only 1 or 2 champs that can initiate the fight, while in Dota 2 every hero and their grandmother have a silence or a stun to initiate with, so it wont take as long to get setup.

Well, this guy spends a lot of time on these videos when they do come out. He's not made many. It's certainly better than DotaCinema, but DotaCinema prioritise consistency in their videos over editing and effects..
