Backwards world? 🤣🤣 Are you a human or a cow? You want to drink the secretions of an entirely different species of animal, other than our own? Backwards?? 😂😂
@@Veunchea53332 Dude, it's simple 1) you're not any other animal other than a human, you don't need milk for ANYTHING, it's a myth created by the government who started to subsidize farms to sell it to the public and the government did the commercials "got milk" ..."calcium".. youtube "barbara O'Neill calcium"... RU-vid "Dr. Milton Millls dairy" in the end you're hurting yourself. Your life bro, just trying to help and pass on what I learned 2) You're human, your mom naturally produced milk for you until you didn't need it any longer and weaned you off of it. The other stuff is poison to humans.. Think about all the puss, blood (somatic cell counts
It is also illegal in my State, but I found a farm in my State who does herd share and deliver in my city. I am lactose intolerant and I can drink raw milk without a problem
The things they say are good for us are destroying our health. The stuff they say is bad for us "dangerous" is actually healthy. They want us unhealthy so we live on medication for life and fill their pockets. Goes for vegan propaganda and so forth. Such a shame how most of modern society is brainwashed. That's why I'm grateful for Aajonus, Natalia (I think that's her name. I'm gonna watch a few of he lectures), and Goatis for being the main voices of healthy eating. Of course it starts with cutting out the crappy "food" and eating whole foods, including MEAT. That's the bare minimum of healthy eating. Eat right, and you don't even have to exercise. I think walking is beneficial and calisthenics is good for strength and building muscle but all that other stuff is completely absurd (going to the gym, running, etc). I'm neutral on sports because objectively it is harmful to the body as exercise generally is. But I personally enjoy playing tennis and swimming so there is a bit of hypocritical bias in that, I admit. But the main thing is food and not stressing the body too much. People buy into this stuff. It's sad
Everything healthy the government makes it illegal but yet they're allowed to have the healthiest of foods and drinks while we get the shitty stuff from the stores. I love raw milk. I just can't afford it all the time here in Washington state it's legal. It is $30 a gallon, yeah it's a little expensive
@@motocrossgurl18 Dude it is 100% worth that, a gallon is like 5 litres right. Not too bad compared to what we spend our money on. It's all about the time it takes to get the raw milk in, and the petrol/diesel but i get gas is cheap for you in the states right? All the Best.
My daughter is 16 months and drinks whole raw A2 grass fed cow milk on top of being breastfed and having an animal based diet, and she is speaking in carrier phrases (2-3, sometimes 4 word phrases) and has almost all of her teeth with no issues for room in her mouth. I attest this so much to her diet. The brain is 2/3 saturated fat and the demand for a developing brain is even higher. Pasteurization was a great solution for a Victorian era problem. We have modern technology and refrigeration. Raw milk is the answer and has also cured my autoimmune disease. Raw milk cures!
My parents fed me pasturized milk and processed foods and my teeth were a mess alongside horrible atopic dermatitis. My autoimmune disorder (atopic dermatis, which doctor said was CHRONIC!) went away after not eating heavily processed foods.
Aajonus vonderplanitz was a raw diet eater and he taught people about it he’s one of the people that actualy got it legalized in the us. Or in some states. But yea he sais kids that don’t get there shots and that ate the primal diet which was basicly raw animal foods raw milk all that 1 in 3 was a genius. So yea I wish I was raised on those foods. Its awesome your baby is doing so well!
@@Stormyweld05 Meaning that taking away healthy food has been the goal of those who live in Israel and the Freemasons who they control in order to force us to depend on pharmaceuticals. Big money plus population control. Win win for Satan and his children.
I like how you went into the history of why milk was pasteurized in the first place instead of just bashing the process. Pasteurization was important when humans didn’t have access to refrigeration and it was harder to ensure that milk storage containers were properly sterilized from farm to transport to market to homes with no refrigerators. This is the way. I’m sick of the ‘food wars’ so very glad to see an emotionally balanced presentation like this that doesn’t feel a need to demonize some alternative form of food. Bravo!!👏
Our ancestors were dependent on goat milk for centuries. They didnt have access to refrigeration. I'm sure a few got sick. But we're making way too much out of the dangers.
Raw milk doesn't go 'bad'. It 'sours'. The difference is, there's VERY healthy uses for 'soured' raw milk that don't exist with pasteurized milk. As a matter of fact, raw milk can be consumed at ANY stage of its life. Obviously good food handling practices apply. ANYTHING that becomes contaminated can be unhealthy and damaging to your health.
It doesn't taste very good soured though.I was buying it in IL for along time until it started tasting bad, I don't know if it was his cow but it didn't taste good any more, kinda tasted like vomit almost but before that it tasted like melted ice cream so good and you felt good.
I was brought up on a very very small farm in the north of Sweden, like we had 4-5 cows. So from the age of 7 until I moved out when I was 18, I only drank this milk at home. I’ve been healthy and still am at 68. I’ve never given it much thought before. Thank you for your videos! 💖🙋♀️🇸🇪
My family & I, 6 months ago started drinking Raw A2 organic grass fed-grass finished cow & goat milk. We get a gallon each a week from our local farmer. Before we would drink store bought regular pasteurized A1 milk. We had a host of problems for years. Lactose intolerance, deficiencies, bloating, allergies, eczema, diarrhea, dry skin, etc. Once we switched to raw cow & goat milk all health problems from pasteurized milk went away!! Raw milk has been a miracle for us! So personally i think it just depends on the type of dairy.
Awesome do you heat it like in microwave or drink cold? I also have host of issues with milk. Im having tough time to accept as i have taken south indian filter coffee my entire life. My mom back in India has no issues. There is something in US pasteurization causes issue or A1 ?
I go to my country and don’t get sick with milk but here in US I drink and end up in emergency with horrible pain. Not legal raw where I am. Drink pasteurized once twice a year never buy anymore but I crave it so much
@@quetzgo Your country's milk must be grass fed while the one you buy from US supermarket is soy/corn/antibiotics fed, in addition to being pasteurized (which kills all enzyms and destroys a lot of things in it).
Mate, I love your channel and this video rocks! I was drinking non dairy nut milks most of my years because pasteurized dairy didn't respond well in my system. Every time I had non dairy milks i'd notice that they wouldn't respond well with me either, but in a different way than cow's - I drank them anyway. Fast forward to recently, I've been on the Carnivore diet and decided to try RAW milk. HOLY SMOKES! what a game changer. No mucus, breakouts, or any of that nasty stuff I'd get from the cooked milk. I notice my testosterone and sex drive goes through the roof with a glass of raw milk. I feel more calm and at ease when I drink it. If anyones feels called to try it, listen to that voice. I've had a few glasses of expired Raw milk that was sour and I'm fine. Cheers!
That's sick man! Crazy how good you feel after drinking raw milk huh!? and agree (especially about se* drive haha). I'm making a video soon about Animal-based/ carnivore so stay tuned for that! Thanks for watching!
@JustChill-zd4ib was that supposed to come across as somehow clever or something? I feel extra sorry for you lol, thinking your opinion in any way mattered.
I bought raw milk recently and felt amazing. Only drinking very small glasses a few times a day my cravings for sweets disappeared, I had more mental clarity, it seemed improved vision, general sense of improved well being, and slept better. This is real.
I bought it for the taste but realized my GERD and heart palpitations went away. My magnesium was low and pills were not working. It’s the best electrolyte drink in the world.
I get a shipment of raw cultured dairy shipped in from an Amish farm every month. There are many online you can order from. Been consuming raw dairy for the last 30 years, not one problem. 100% legal.
Ive been drinking raw milk and feeding it to my kids since 2011. We have never gotten ill from it. My kids are disease free! I am lucky to get my raw milk delivered to my door by the farmer. We're part of a raw milk community that has 300+ people buying and consuming this stuff for years!
Raw milk if not refrigerated only changes properties. It loses its sweetness and becomes a buttermilk or cheese. What caused the sicknesses prior to pasteurization was the greedy milk diaries were adding swill water to the milk to extend it, and the milk cows were treated and fed horrendously!
It's funny how what's old becomes new again. Julius Caesar in his Gallic War commentary gave ethnographical accounts of the peoples he encountered in his conquests. In Book 4, he attributed the immense size and excellent health of the Suebi tribe (the largest of the Germans) to their diet of chiefly milk and beef and no grain, their regular outdoor exercise, their lack of stress, and their practice of cold plunges in rivers. The animal-based diets, raw milk, and cold plunges seem to be rediscovered and are getting renewed interest and research.
Very interesting, I remember reading that Ancient Romans also demeaned the Celts for their milk drinking habits, and numerous Roman historians like Plutarch for example, said that Celtic women were taller than even the non milk drinking Roman men. But yet its banned in most of Europe , bizzare.
Wild that we have freedom of choice but we feel powerless to these corps with their strange foods. It's not our fault but it sure feels like we failed somewhere. We just need to grow out of the desire for instant gratification. Try spending more time educating yourself about what it is the human body really needs to operate. You wouldn't put regular gas from anywhere into a supercar.
Ancient History: In the military, stationed in California around 1972, there was a raw milk dairy called Alta Dena. They had a range of delicious products. I worked in the base hospital; and got roundly scolded when I revealed my liking for the 'natural' products. Still bought them; East Coast living since then - no raw milk access that I knew of.
Love this video! I was scared of getting sick from raw milk, but these stats give me peace around that. Plus, feels way better to drink milk with one ingredient + all of these health benefits than the nut milks with seed oils
Not a bad video. I'm sixty nine right now. Seventeen years ago I cured all my health issues with one quart a day five days a week. The only problem I had was that that equals a glass of milk every couple hours. And not everyone can eat that way. A little meat or bacon can last you all day. I think they both can do the same thing. And have all the same health benefit. 10:42
I drink raw milk, no problems. When I ditched dairy, I had nerve problems..The supplements the doctor gave me, were to be taken in full fat milk. I got better after 5 months.. Glad I have no negative reaction, because I love drinking cold milk.
I drank raw milk for 2 to 3 year period of time in my young teens. Didn't really think much about it. But I loved the way it tasted. And it worked great in my body. After watching your video, I have decided I'm going to find a source.
I just bought my first bottle of A2 Raw milk from my local farm and my goodness it is the best milk I’ve ever tasted. I hope in time of drinking it will be a part of helping with alleviating symptoms of my psoriasis because I read that it helps with gut health and has probiotics.
I've had skipped beats for years and years. Started drinking raw milk daily about a month ago. It's gone! My heartbeat is regular now!!! I cannot believe it. Don't know why but it cured me.
In my youth in France's Limousin (known for its cow race "limousine"), fresh milk was raw milk, a fresh product without any processing. In reusable glass bottle (yes it was ecological too). We didn't observed as many lactose-intolerance as we see today. Different alimentation. Different medical mandates too... Beside obesity our modern food and modern mass medicine seems backward, if you look at population healthiness, in USA lifetime expectancy is diminishing, a red flag. Some things are totally wrong today... I regularly take fermented raw milk, we call that "cheese" :)
Nah, I (personally) don't want to consult my doctor. She is the one that suggested BCP pills for me for acne and to remove dairy from my diet. I didn't listen to her, nor any other allopathic medicine, went to a naturopath, corrected my hormones, have healthy unblemished skin and still eat dairy daily. I would rather trust my own body first than listen to a person in a white coat who doesn't even have the basic grasp of food and nutrition and its impact on health (they brush over this in medical school) to decide on my health for me.
6 gallons a week. We Make raw yogurt with most of it for the family, serve with raw honey and blueberries. It's great and a super healthy breakfast ready to go
Please stop calling it raw milk it’s not raw. It’s natural milk non processed milk. When people hear the word raw they think of it as dirty of in clean. I have cows and milk. Please call it unpasteurized or natural milk
Yes that’s right the government classifies it as raw because the use of the word sounds dirty. If they called it natural or unnatural or anything else people wouldn’t be as afraid of it. Just as the government is always trying to tell you that it full of bad pathogens. It’s a way for them to keep control of the product. Just cuz the government says raw doesn’t mean they right
To clarify: You mention a 9.4% higher chance of getting sick from raw milk compared to pasteurized milk which does not equate to a 9.4 times higher chance but only to 0.095 times higher chance. The increased chance would be a total of 0.000124%. A lot less than one one-thousandth of a percent.
Great video. I drink raw Kefir, which has an even lower risk of getting sick because it is sour and yogurt tasting and has large amount of good bacteria which overpower potential bad stuff. I visited the farm where it comes from. I am in my 60’s and it helps me sleep and makes me feel great! I drink a smoothie with raw Kefir, spinach and blueberries.
Great video. I get up at 03:45 and milk my Jerseys. I drink the milk as is, and as a 64 old woman, I saw 6 trees up for firewood a day with a chain saw, in addition to all my other farm chores.
That makes total sense that transporting raw milk long distances without refrigeration would cause people to get sick. Now we have many ways of transporting milk while keeping it at a cool enough temperature
There is a process that raw animals milk has to go through, our body is designed to drink human milk and there’s no need to add extra steps except for refrigeration after a certain time of being out.
Yes and its not bad for you. The govt says its bad for you is everything you need to know that is not. Big Pharma would be out of business if we lived on raw milk.
Very well made video with tons of good info and I appreciate the work you put into this! I've never had raw milk, but this video makes me very curious to try it. (I don't drink regular, pasteurized milk either). Thanks for the info! Really great job 👏🏻
This was a solid video. A lot of great info here. I am someone who has been drinking exclusively raw milk for the past 3 years and it's done absolute wonders for me. I have a history of some REALLY severe stomach and over all G.I. diseases and raw milk literally saved my life. I also started drinking the stuff during a time when I was about 50 pounds underweight and severely immune compromised due to bad G.I. flair ups at the time. The raw milk not only DIDN'T make me sick at all (which if we go by what conventional info says about raw milk... People who are immune compromised should DEFINITELY stay away from it because they are supposedly more likely to get sick from it) but it also allowed me to gain like 20 pounds at a time when I couldn't barely hold any solid food down. I literally credit raw milk with helping save my life. It's a super food PERIOD. The amount of bio available nutrients contained in it are insane. You are hard pressed to find ANY food that comes close to it in terms of nutrient versatility. Organ meats can also be great but those don't have NEARLY as much minerals and electrolytes as the milk has. Raw milk is an AMAZING option for anyone looking to improve their over all health and well-being. Great video man. And you look SUPER healthy. I can see it in your eyes and your skin.
I am looking to try milk aswell since i have the problems you mentioned. How fast did you recover and can you digest other foods after healing with raw milk?
I grew up on raw milk and I am still going at nearly 60. I remember using the milk separator to get the cream and skim milk too. I make my own cheese too sometimes
Just so you know, cyanocobalamin is not natural B12, it is synthetic and not the B12 you'll find in milk. Thanks. Also, at 9:10 what is the device your cooking your steak on?
Clear explanation, and since 2 week's I'm drinking raw milk because a brother of our church recommends it. I'm already feeling so much better and looking forward to enjoying the future coming benefits of drinking raw milk. Thank for making this video and greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱👍🏽. God bless you 🙏🏽
The outbreaks of illness wasn't because raw milk had to go further distance or be warmer. It was because of contamination unhygienic handling and some farmers even added chalk or other things to it ... Healthy fresh warm milk would just sour not make you ill.
Non homginized milk is almost as good as raw milk, it is just missing some enzymes that's mostly it. The most important thing is the type of cow you get your milk from. Pasture raised and grass fed a2 is best.
I’ve been drinking it now consistently for about fifteen months. No way I want to go back to pasteurised. I did drink it as a child prior to 1985 in the UK as it was still legal then. We also used to have it in glass bottles at school during recess.
I am 71 yrs. young…..started drinking raw milk about a year ago. LOVE IT !!!!! I live in CA…..so I can buy it in the grocery store ! Lucky me ! I drink an 8 oz glass per day. BTW….i also love the raw heavy cream in my coffee !
Pasteurized milk expires when keeping it out of the fridge. Raw milk can not expire, but it ferments. After two weeks out of the fridge, you can make yoghurt and other thing from it, keep drinking it.👍🏻😘
My mom swears by raw milk, I was terrified to drink it during my pregnancy bc of how social media talks about it. I want to start drinking it again and let my daughter start drinking it soon
Drank 2 glasses of raw milk during this video. It does taste soooo gooddddd… raw milk blueberry frozen yogurt is also probably the greatest thing I’ve ever had btw
Hey Cade! Great video, thank you for all the information you share. I consume RU-vid on a daily, for years, and I haven’t been so happy with a video for a very long time! Thanks
Raised in a family of 10 kids and we couldn't keep milk in the house, so my dad bought a huge milk cow. We milked her twice a day and was getting 4 gallons per day. We poured out more fresh milk to the hogs than we drank. We all drank fresh raw milk for more than 10 years and not one-person ever got sick. Now kids are sick yearly.
Also fact is the ancient Aboriginals of Australia never had milk and they had some of the most dense bones in the world, milk pulls calcium from the bones , it's mostly about the opioid peptides and evolutionary control
Great clip. I'm almost 40. Born and raised on a small family dairy farm. I've had raw milk my entire life. Store bought milk is too thin and tastes nasty to me. As I work hard e d, I drink over a gallon a day. I make my own butter, and am going to start making my own cheese. Raw milk, raw buttermilk, and raw butter make foods taste so much better, and is healthier for you. I am outside in all seasons 15+ hrs a day, and have only been sick once in the last 12 years. That was covid. Had that and pneumonia at the same time, and I got over it and tested negative in just over. Week. Second time I got covid, I didn't know it. I lost my taste for a couple days, otherwise I wouldn't of known I had it. Natural and fresh foods are better than anything processed and chemical additive preserved in the store.
I used to drink raw milk from a farmer who did everything right and still got sick with h. Pylori. I do believe raw milk is better than pasteurized milk but I am not risking it when there is a potential for harm. I REALLY like the idea of Australia using cold technology to cold press raw milk, killing bad bacteria without heat. I’d buy raw milk if it was processed that way otherwise vat pasturized not homogenized, 100% a2/a2, certified organic, 100% Grassfed, grass finished tested milk will do for now.
Great video. My main concern for raw milk is about raised estrogen levels in men. Theoretically, if the cows are producing milk, there must be a higher level of estrogen at that time. Not sure what to think about that.
Local (PA) dairy farmers are getting approximately $20 / 100 lbs of milk. That equates to about 1.72/gallon or $.46/liter. If my math is correct (using 8.6 lbs/gallon).
i love it man. I slept like a baby the day I drank it for the first time..ever since then it has been super beneficial and I've been drinking a gallon a week...oddly enough it helped cure a lot of my anxiety as well..guessing because raw milk has good fats that the brain optimizes. cheers.
As a kid one of my chores was to milk our ‘family’ dairy cow for breakfast each morning, Strained through two tissue filters, that was it. Next stop the fridge or onto our cornflakes. It never did us any harm, we must have drunk an awful lot, we all played sports and had quad bikes, never any broken bones. Although I have always wondered if we picked up Bovine TB. TB was in all the herds at that time. If we did it didn’t do us any hard. Something we would have acquired was a strong gut bacteria biome and immune system.
Thank you for the video. I personally don't have the luck to get raw cow milk but still have the luck thankfully to get raw grassfed creme fraiche and butter which is good enough for me. I'm Arab and grass is hard to grow where i live from the intense heat. My grandparents and family who came before them consumed raw camel milk and it did them good. One of my dreams is to get a camel one day or two just for this.
I implore you to look into the history of milk pasteurization, where it came from, who was its earliest proponent, the genetic history of the people that this person is a part of, and hopefully your mind might connect a few dots.
In Florida it's illegal technically, but it's still easy to get. It's simply sold as "pet food." I don't drink much milk anyway. Would rather avoid milk in general.
When I was growing up in PA, we had raw milk delivered to the house all the time into the 80s all the time with no ill effects. It would sit on the front porch for a while, up to a few hours whether it was hot or cold outside. Since living in Florida for about 20 some years now, there are local farms which sell raw milk and raw milk products here.
