I turned into mylifeaseva! Dressing like Eva Gutowski for a week and copying eva's instagram photo outfits was so funny! Eva's outfits are usually for the beach or for travel, so there were alot of swimsuits and bikinis which was great for summer, but also some more tight fitting, bodycon outfits that pushed me out of my fashion comfort zone!

Never made sense back in the day, you're wearing shorts but a sweatshirt on top, and boots to go with it all. Looks good on IG and in photos but not realistic at all! She is so brave for wearing that outfit and I love it. All I want to do is wear a long coverup over myself when at the beach if I'm not in the water.

Even tho I’m not a ‘curvy’ girl, you still are one of my inspirations and my favorite youtuber a because you show people even though you don’t have the ‘best’ or ‘skinny’ body, you still feel comfortable in your own skin and love your body. Before I was watching you I fell into a deep hole of weight loss, I wasn’t fat I was about 62kg for a 10 year old and I only ate 400 calories a day and exercise like a fitness trainer (the amount of time), I knew what I was doing what really bad but at that time, I didn’t care about my health and if it risk death I would still do it. I have seen people who did the same and they were adults but I thought it would make a difference and I was obsessed with the number on the scale. I was 30 kg when I was the therapy and that’s when I found ur channel, I realized that i need to accept what my body looks like and appreciate the little things, I’m currently 55kg and 12 and I can’t have happier, yes I still feel insecure but I now eat 1000 calories a day and workout, I jsut want to say thank you :))

I’m all for you learning to accept your body! It’s honestly inspirational to me. But I hope you don’t forget that it’s ok to enjoy what you feel is flattering! And just because you might want to down play your tummy at times doesn’t mean that you don’t love yourself and your stomach. You can love it without feeling the need to show it off. For the chub rub: Go to a sport store and see if they sell a stick that is especially designed for dealing with chub rub. They are made for marathon runners and cyclists, and it lasts all day long!

What I love about this channel and Carrie Dayton’s channel is that when someone compliments Sierra or Carrie or Skyler they always say Thank You! A lot of us play off compliments or give ourself criticism to counteract it and I think personally I could learn from these ladies and just say thank you and accept that I do look good and I’m allowed to agree and appreciate the compliment. i needed this!!! Thank you for being so body positive! I always looked at eva and her photos. I would compare myself to her body because I thought only her figure would look good in these scenarios. It was unhealthy. This video had me thinking how gorgeous you also looked and that we all would look great. I NEED TO LOVE MYSELF

I love the video idea and love how even though you speak so much on body positivity, you can still talk about how you still are unlearning the toxic thoughts that were drilled into us for years. Sometimes I feel people feel discouraged or guilty for not automatically thinking positively like others display their dialogue, but this shows the reality that even though most of your dialogue is solely body positive, you still are human and have negative thoughts you are still overcoming. Thank you for being so real 💕
