Vestal baby thats where i hang daily its kinda like country farm mixed with the streets lol have chikens an shit runnin out in da road lol i love my home town
I’m from Knoxville as well. Compared to other cities Knoxville really doesn’t have a “bad area” you should see some f the run down areas of Chattanooga it’s a lot worse.
@@NickJohnson You can do some research then you'd have known before doing this video. And looking like you don't know anything about Knoxville. Before you shame us. To late now, maybe in future videos you'll do some research of the area your filming in. You could have Goggled it at least.
@@NickJohnson "East Knoxville" is Black Knoxville, so you basically just racially profiled Black Knoxville as the worst part of Knoxville. Congrats on being a Racist Dick. The "worst" parts of cities largely depend on whether you are a black driving into a white neighborhood - such as a DWB pulled over in Sequoyah Hills or a white college guy caught in Montgomery Village trying to score some drugs for his Frat party. South Knoxville looks nicer than East Knoxville but has a higher rate of Home Invasions each year (source KPD). Townview Terrace is on Summit Hill right next to the Knox Police Department yet has been the scene of many drivebys and open shootouts. Knoxville has seen a rise in "Gentrification" as you call it but you misread the project vs. new development building. That is not where the city is forcing out the poorer project dwellers. Gentrification is happening mostly in places like the Fifth Ave Neighborhood and Greasy Hollow. There is no one road that is more dangerous than the others. There are bad spots around Knoxville, but to judge it on fifth ave next to KARM because you are prejudice against the visibly homeless is crazy since the majority of homeless in Knoxville don't live on the streets. You might try to do some research before making a crappy video and showing how truly ignorant you are about a place.
As a Knoxville resident I would say this is the most dangerous area (if not the most run-down). South Knoxville maybe? Not really sure where is worse than this.
This has pissed me off. I drive all over Knoxville and knox county. There are parts FAR WORSE than east knox. Meth, prostitution, drug houses, gangs, etc are more south and even west knox. Let's ride together and I'll show you.
Wanda Mendes & Nick Johnson; And the worst part of Knoxville rent being about $300 a month for 1 Bdrm Apartment whereas The best parts of San Francisco being a $7,500 a month for a 1 Bdrm Apartment. No Lie, No Exaggeration.
Neck of the Woods Updated I know sir, I live in downtown SF. The townhouses in the street behind me are selling for $1.3million +.....with literal tents and feces and rats right outside the door. $1.3 million dollars not even the entire building is yours...they’re duplexes
I am from East Knoxville, born and raised, and these are NOT the worst parts of Knoxville. I love how you only showed East Knoxville where the population is mostly black people, as if crime and ghetto housing can’t be found in other areas where the majority of the population is white. Crime can be found all over Knoxville, it is not solely found in East Knoxville. East Knoxville is considered to be a gem because unlike other areas, we have a lot to offer because we are heavily involved within our community and we take care of one another. Sure, it may look rough but it is definitely not the worst parts of Knoxville. So, whoever told you that this is the worst part of Knoxville mislead you and you shouldn’t mislead others with titles such as this one.
Payton Alex yeah I grew up in Powell merchants area.. central... and have you saw merchants it’s wayyyyyyyy rougher than magnolia now! I lived on cherry street off Cecil Avenue and loved it nice quite subdivision! Video needs to be re filmed.
So this video came up in my feed so I had to watch it. I’ve lived in Knoxville for 20 years. I lived in East Knoxville when I moved up here for 13 years. Got a wild hair and moved to west Knoxville. I lasted 6 months. I saved up all my pennies and was determined to buy a house...and I knew I was coming back East. I live a mile from where he was on magnolia. I have never felt unsafe and I am a single white woman. This video is laughable. Certainly no quality research was done. Bad things happen everywhere. Just be a smart, cautious and aware individual. East Knoxvillians love East Knoxville. So maybe I should thank you for calling us the “worst” part of town to scare off people who aren’t willing to embrace a wonderful community that supports local businesses and keeps a small town vibe alive.
Jake Bronkala big box stores, chain restaurants, stop and go traffic...just not the place I want to call home. I’m certainly not saying that it’s a bad place to live, I think all of Knoxville is fantastic. I just prefer the slower side of town.
There is NO EXCUSE for not keeping yourself and your property clean. I was homeless. I kept my body and clothes clean I washed up every day in public restrooms. I ate from a dumpster behind Whites on S. Roan st in JC. I got a job at Checkers and saved my pay for six months while living along the tracks..I walked 4 miles to work every day I was scheduled - rain, snow, cold, heat. I never missed a day. I got an apartment. I worked hard and saved hard. Ten years later I bought a house trailer in Embreeville, TN. I joined the Volunteer Fire Dept and gave back. I was a REAL Dreamer!
@David G, that is a wonderful story and I am glad to have come across it. I don't know you or what has happened to you since you wrote this 2 years ago but I hope God has continued to bless you and yours. You are an inspiration to all the people that are struggling.
Wow that’s incredible. You know what makes you different than others? I bet you appreciate your home so much. Everyday waking up in a house you own, coming from where you did is really amazing.
Your videos are honestly disgusting. You're declaring a part of a city that people live in and love "the worst" for views. I've lived and worked in these areas my entire life and have never had the first issue. This is exploitative and gross.
You are misinformed about the Five Points area. Those new buildings in Five Points are government assisted housing. They are owned by KCDC, Knoxville’s public housing authority, and are replacing what was formerly Walter P Taylor and Lee Williams homes. The new houses and buildings are now occupied by many of the same families that lived in the old buildings. It’s part of a 6 year $80m project. Also when you claimed to be in Parkridge you were on the wrong side of Magnolia. You should have been north of Magnolia and west of Cherry St to see where the largest amount of gentrification isn’t taking place in East Knoxville. You could stand to do better research before mislabeling and providing incorrect information.
@@lynnski-ex3zk Oh Lordy! That's 1 bad thing about Knoxville! If he has friends here renting a house w/roommates will be cheaper. It being a college town!
I've driven around this area during the day and during the night. I have a friend who lives in this neighborhood. It is true that as it begins to get dark, you'll see some sketchy people coming out. It's not uncommon to see prostitutes, homeless, and those who are looking for drugs roaming the streets. But I've never felt unsafe in the area. I've gone to my friend's apartment (at Linden and Bertrand) late at night and walked through small gatherings of people who are drinking liquor out of brown paper bags. They'll throw up their hand at you, stop you, and want to talk--very friendly people. I'll stand there talking to them--about religion--about politics--about music--about the weather--about whatever. Just a bunch of normal people who didn't grow up with a silver spoon in their mouths. I happened to stop one night at the Family Dollar Store near Bertrand St. As I was leaving, an older prostitute came up to me and wanted to "talk". I just told her that I wasn't interested and she said, "That's OK baby. You have a blessed night." Here's the thing though... You can drive through the "worst parts of Knoxville" and talk about how dicy and crime-ridden they are. But also keep in mind that you can sail a yacht around Jeffrey Epstein's private island, knowing that several underaged girls were sexually assaulted there--your imagination reeling at the debauchery that went on in the compound. Which is less safe--East Magnolia or the Epstein estate? I guess that depends on who you talk to. Knoxville's a fine city with fine people. It's a little haven of liberal, left-leaning folks surrounded by deeply conservative communities. I'll take it any day--the good, the bad, and the ugly.
The prostitutes and homeless are the least dangerous folks in the neighborhoods. Most of them are good people just down on their luck. The real problem are meth and opioid addicts who drive down from the neighboring rural counties to break into peoples' homes and cars in Knoxville. There was just news where they found in Campbell County a gigantic cache of stuff stolen from Knoxville.
100% agree with you. This biggest problems I've seen is all the Shelby and Hamilton county tags in the area, especially around West Town. That mall area has gone crazy since the shut down of The East Town Mall, and the moving out a lot of the homeless to that area. I've seen some crazy stuff at the Walmart on Walbrook. Like any other city there are places where you have to be careful. I will say the scariest ass city I lived in was the Augusta/Aiken area of Georgia an South Carolina.
@@Oakwoody Pretty sure the vast majority of homeless are heroin and meth addicts or just really bad drunks. Homeless population is a problem no matter what, tired of people just writing them off as harmless. Tired of my tax dollars paying for parks and public spaces that the homeless ruin for everyone.
Apparently he don't have a research team! He must just wonder around & go "Hum! I think this looks like the worst place I've seen!" Man! He royally pissed me off!!! I wonder if he does this in all the city's he goes to? Just trash them with no ideal what he's even talking about.
@@NickJohnson There are area's around Knoxville. Not one single place. Place's people go looking for stuff that gets them in trouble. Don't go there looking for it & your good. People have named some of those places. I've never been to any of them because, I don't go to places looking for "items", that are not legal. Do you understand what I'm saying!? Please you can't be that uneducated.
You don’t even know what you’re talking about. Five Points isn’t “gentrification”, it’s the revitalization of public housing. The Old City isn’t one of the worst parts of town. We kept it that way on purpose and has some of the most flourishing businesses in Knoxville. Stop talking about what you literally don’t understand.
I just want to know where you got your information from. I was born and raised in East Knoxville. There are far worse places. Videos like yours are the reason that white Americans see lower income folks as dangerous. Notice I didn’t say Black Americans. East Knoxville has an extremely high Afrikaan and Hispanic population. Those newer houses you speak of on MLK, they are still low income housing. Those projects you speak of that are on the same block, they are being rebuilt. Know before you speak about an area. I love East Knoxville! I live west now and I drive my kids to school every day on the East side.
"Afrikaan"? As in white decendants of Dutch colonists from South Africa that speak the Dutch-derived language Afrikaans? Or do you think that's just a fun thing to call black people? FYI, two COMPLETELY different things.
👍🏾Knoxville, Tenn don't have a worst part anymore, because the Walter P. Taylor Homes & Austin Home projects were tore down & people relocated. Unless gentrification is your idea of bad. You could find trouble anywhere nowadays.
2 blocks down that way is 5 points.....turns left. Lol. Lived here 50 years, that can be a bad area, but in no way would I call where you drove the worst area.
Something tells me you aren’t from around here. I live on the “outskirts” of Knoxville and never once have I had a problem with crime. Many people consider my neighborhood a “sketchy place” but again, never experienced crime. People here are good hearted, hardworking, middle class people who might struggle to make ends meet. But don’t doubt for a second that every one of us wouldn’t give you the shirt off our backs in your time of need. How about you actually get out of your car and talk to folks who live here. Might change your mind.
@@NickJohnson That neighborhood is dangerous.east Knoxville is a death trap for all the people who live there for generations the poverty stricken stuck in the cycle of poverty for the last six generations.
Lived here my whole life funny how you only drove around east Knoxville guess you have no clue about west north and south lol its dangerous streets all over Knoxville not just on the east you helping the gentrification
@@NickJohnson I'm sorry! I've commented on every post. I just feel like you painted the whole City w/a dirty paint brush. This is my Town & it ticks me off. I know you have your opinion & the right to free speech. This is America! But, man, do some research before you put these up on RU-vid. I got carried away ranting at you. A Southern Lady shouldn't do that. But, bless your heart.
Mind thoughts exactly! He is allowing outsiders to see the heart of the city which is the east side and possibly come in to try and gentrify our area. He mentioned it in the video but he’s playing dumb now.
Exactly! Cuz they stay finding dead bodies behind Montgomery village on the SOUTH side, young meth heads in police chases on the North side and so on etc but nobody wants to mention that tho🤷
Bro I'm from East Knoxville where is the houses you can rent for 500 dollars at you must be talking about some apartments somewhere even the worst looking homes they want 750
I've driven through the areas you did in this video and never experienced what would be considered "worst". I will say that Magnolia Ave has a good amount of jaywalking issues. You should do a video on the bad drivers of Knoxville. That'll definitely turn up some results.
I take some offense to you(and others) continuing to perpetuate the notion that East Knoxville is more dangerous than other areas. After living multiple places all over this country I researched before buying here and found, not only, that(according to the most recent stats) the suburbs of Knoxville were far more dangerous than the city. In addition, many neighborhoods within Knoxville were the same or worse than East. The only difference I see in East Knoxville is there seems to be a higher population of People of Color than the rest of the city. (Which actually comes from a rich and intriguing history, but maybe that's a different video?) Not trying to start anything; I just LOVE this city(and this neighborhood!) and I see it really starting to blossom and would love to see it reach it's potential while shedding some of those outdated stigmas. I know this video is over a year old so maybe it could just be time to reassess how accurate this actually is.
You said the worst part of Knoxville didn’t look all that bad. That would be because that wasn’t the worst part, lol. You should have driven west or south from the Old City for that. Lonsdale, Mechanicsville and around Central can be scary, especially with the tent cities around Central from the homeless.
I lived here my whole life and I'm sitting here trying to figure out why are you saying this about my town this is not the worst part of Knoxville every city in the United States have other issues but what you don't know is people from Knoxville take it personal don't you come over judge not place you clean up where you from you let us clean up where we at and we we just fine thank you very much
I grew up in Farragut (West Knoxville) and still live here and love it. I know Knoxville very well. Yea there are definitely sketchier streets and areas this guy didn't go to. He stayed in the main roads. But it also makes a difference that he is driving around at 11am instead of 10 or 11pm
@@calloway1972I was born and raised in Knoxville and spent my teens parting in Knoxville. He’s not wrong 😂 you act like Farragut is in a different state 😂😂😂
Dude, that is a stereotype that is very accurate. west Knox folks are notorious for not getting out of the suburban bubble. And as long as we're talking family legacy .. my family has been in Knox county since the 1700s. @@lonewolfstockdogs1409
@@NickJohnson I don't think I'm totally wrong but you're right that I didn't say it in a nice way and I'm sorry about that. What concerns me is that you've driven through the neighborhoods that are the historically black neighborhoods in Knoxville (I know this because I do research in Knoxville for my job) and called them "the worst parts of Knoxville," which I think is kind of mean too.
I live here. He wasn't in the Hood/Slum part. Slightly bad but not the worst. He should have done more research. And it's a wonderful place to live. Ty Dovie!
@@fleciashreve2313 I agree. I dont live there but it seems like a nice place. Great doctors that specialize in certain areas. Chattanooga Tn is a different story though lol

Chandlers Deli is great and it’s also there, but that’s not the worst part. I’ve never had any issues there. I’m white and used to give my black friend a ride home every night. Used to stop at the pilot right there every night. Never had anyone mess with me. I get harassed more at the Pilot on the corner of Merchants and Central. It’s always tweekers from the no tell motels in the area.
For readers who want to know about Knoxville: the area in the first part of this video is where a new baseball stadium complex is being planned. A lot of the old factory and warehouse buildings have been demolished to make room for it. The new complex is supposed to include apartments, a grocery store, and restaurants. It will completely revitalize an underused area. Also, over the last 4-5 years, numerous other breweries, eateries, coffee shops, etc. have come to the downtown area. I am amazed that there are enough customers with money to support all of the new businesses. Some of the formerly run-down areas, such as Happy Hollow on Central Avenue, have been transformed into thriving districts. Of course, the worst parts of Knoxville and just about every other city is where the old, small houses and government housing projects are. Those are the poorest areas, so naturally they're the highest crime areas.
@@cocotaveras8975 It's a nice town. Don't believe everything you see on here. Research it yourself if your interested. I'm so glad your paying attention in class. Believe it or not you'll look back at school with fond memories when you get older.😊 Have a great week!
I have to say this ,Not everyone is living in poverty in this community! Most of us have lived here all our lives and are home buyers not living in poverty.I get it we are not as glamorized as west Knoxville but we have 3 schools in our district that are magnet schools and these children are going from high school to college and are becoming some of the very people that may employ you one day. It bothers me how people come to a area that has never lived there and quick to judge. And those “Projects” you claim are the worst aren’t even projects anymore ,It’s a community that houses working middle class families that work everyday and send their kids to school to get a education so they can grow up and not be a product of a environment that classify them as poverty stricken!
Thanks for the drive thru heaven that's right. I said heaven All the stuff you rattled off was just a story. I see all good people so satisfied taking this one opportunity (life) to fall in love with existence.
The narration concludes, “I hope you learned something.” Having lived in East Knoxville for 12 years: this is the most poorly researched dribble regarding East Knoxville I have ever seen. The only thing factual is the video footage.
I want to see these areas at midnight on a Friday or Saturday. Especially Detroit. Film in night vision. Maybe you could drive really slow with your windows down, asking for directions or something. Title it I drove through the worst part of Detroit at midnight. I almost didn't make it.
When I was 18 back in the late 80s, I remembered driving through one of the worst areas in NYC (West Harlem) and I disregarded every stoplight and stop sign because the alternative could have been worse.
You should really visit South Knoxville and Vestal area. Much poorer areas in my opinion. Also, stats lie. You talk about crime rate being so much higher than the national average, but as someone who works in the criminal justice system, I can tell you that it's really a matter of enforcement. We arrest and convict like crazy. You'll go to jail over a old roach in your ashtray quicker here than anywhere. Didn't know your license were suspended? Doesn't matter. You're going to jail if caught driving. Also, stats on poverty can be manipulated. Knoxville and the surrounding areas, like Maryville, are great places to live. Just don't break the law in the least.
good points! i actually thought knoxville was very chill and safe - i would totally recommend people visit. you have to enforce the laws if you want a safe place - so good work!
you should do some vids on west knox and sounth knox, they got some sketchy areas too, but at the same time the beauty in the history of the old places
@@NickJohnson yes parts of south knox is pretty rough but atthe same time historically it doeshave itsabeauty and the older houses the ones thatare still kept up nice are cool but yeah i would not live in south knoxville, now i have some friends wholive down there but they live ina veeeerry nice area as they have the funds and all they live tucked away in a very nice area its all upper class areas wherre she is but you leave theere, its all old and kinda run down haha
None of these places are dangerous! I live over the ridge east and south of where he rode, and travel these streets often. This guy doesn't get out much. What's wrong with older nicer homes, with one that is rundown occasionally? Older places are far more interesting than ugly generic boring new structures. Not everyone can afford to lay out large sums to fix up houses. I would rather live in an older interesting mixed neighborhood than in a restricted pretentious perfect subdivision in West Knoxpatch.
I'll always think of this city, especially the Northeast & East Side, as the areas where Channon Christian and Chris Newsom were abducted and held captive before being brutally and painfully sexually assaulted, tortured, and eventually slain all the way back in early 2007. I'm a woman from Southern California, but I was living in North Texas when I first stumbled upon the horrific story several years ago, completely by chance, and it made a lasting impression on me. 😐
I live in Lenoir City which is right outside of Knoxville. The trials of each savage was televised. Channon’s daddy was so very pitiful! He would sit there and rock with his hands joined together. Vanessa wrote in a diary what a wild weekend she’d had! That came out in court and if looks could kill from Channon’s dad Vanessa just got the death penalty! She ended up with 35 years which I think was not enough. She’s been up before the parole board but was denied. Only one of them got the death penalty. I don’t think that’s fair bc that’ll take twenty years for appeals.
You are wrong sir I live here and they are just changing the way the projects look. All the same people still live there just had to find temporary accommodations while remodeling was happening. The main reason for this is for UT potential athletes that come to visit and do not know if they want to sign to UT because of how Knoxville looked so they updated the projects so it doesn’t look as bad when you drive through town. South Knoxville is the worst part in my opinion.
Actually they are not moving out the poor. Alot of the low rent apartments are being torn down and rebuilt to look better. It will be same people living there. Alot of housing projects in the area and they are not going anywhere. But the Mayor Glen Jacobs is doing his best to clean up the trash and make East Knox look more appealing
i actually like it there! but the weather was super nice. ive been to places like portland that looked SO cool in the sunny days but so depressing in the winter days.
This video is based off a huge stereotype from a very specific point of view. You could not know the worst part of Knoxville unless you have lived in East Knoxville. The history of East Knoxville alone succeeds any other part of Knoxville let’s look back at history books and see why it looks the way it does today. Gentrification is not controversial but intentional.
Moved to Knoxville When I was 14 from the poor side of Chicago and lived in a doublewide trailer with my relatives. They had a little land up in the mountains and my cousin was Kentucky foosball champion. Had a guy in a car try to abduct my cousin and I as we were fishing. Most youth are bored there and do a lot of drinking and drugging.
he made knoxville seem way worse than it is, i’ve lived in knoxville my entire life and those are definitely not the worst parts, ive lived in worse parts than that. he was also closer to north east knoxville he needs to go deeper to get to the “worst parts”. magnolia is probably one of the best streets it’s no where near troublesome. lonsdale and western heights are worse than what you drove through. he didn’t even go into the actual hood, if he did i would’ve seen my old houses. and we got some of the best food over there especially on magnolia. we mostly know each other because our parents and grandparents grew up with each other and are like family, we stick together. unless you have lived a certain place majority of your life don’t make a video on it, don’t let white-america win.
The worst places are these but for me living here the worst place is under the bridge of KARM. I stayed at KARM and did what they asked because I was free from drugs, I'm married now and have a apt. Philly is way worse then here. I like living here. Check out my hometown of fayetteville NC
The Old City is one of my favorites! But outside of it can be a little off.... East Knoxville just doesn’t get as much love as the rest of the city but in the video it’s underrated. Knoxville is a great area all around! It’s a mix of city and country, it’s adorable! The city is definitely on it’s way up but it’s still a sweet, cute place to live!
Hey Man you are Correct and i thank you for saying.. Bad areas of Knoxville are nothing compared to larger cities... Appreciated ... I am from Springfield MA.. which is about the same size.. and the areas there are far more worse off then here.. This is nothing... And That City isnt even all that bad.. compared to NYC .. Dont wanna go there.. Been there several times tho.. Lost in the Bronx :O
I was born and raised in Knoxville. There are no areas that I won't set foot in. They are just nothing like parts of other larger and similar sized cities.
Where do you get that the out that the outlying areas are poor and lots of crime. I live in North Knox county just 2 miles from the city limits. I never lock my doors. Lived in South Knox County about 3 miles from the city limits and the same. Never locked my doors. West Knoxville is the richest part of Knoxville.
This is easily not the worst part of Knoxville! I work in Human Services and am out and about in different areas daily and this doesn’t touch the worst. You should probably do more research.
You never explained why these were in your opinion the worst parts of Knoxville until halfway through the video, and even then, you're wrong. First, "crime" does not equate to "dangerous"; the majority of crime in Knoxville is property crime, not violent crime. Second, per crime statistics, Fort Sanders near the University of Tennessee campus is a lot more crime prone area than the route you took.
@@NickJohnson There are as many poor people in Vestal, there's more crime in Ft Sanders, there's a projects in Lonsdale... what's in East Knoxville? Oh yeah, black people.

I've lived here my entire life. I can honestly tell you know you are not right. get off the interstate onto woodland avenue going North and take a left...... Then you will be in the worst part of Knoxville
K-Town is also known as the Marble City, The Heart of the Valley, and Scruffy City. It's called Scruffy City because a 1980 Wall Street Journal article criticized the town as a bad choice for the World's Fair. The author called Knoxville a 'Scruffy Little City'. He wasn't wrong.
I live in Knoxville. That's a inside joke to us! Scruffy little city! Huh! Lol! Not by a long shot buddy!😂 It's a great place to live with really nice people. We all laugh about that phrase from 1982! It's our own joke now. We are not a scruffy little city.
@@dovieyoung7696 It's better then 1982. I was a child then. The World's Fair Park (it's now called), is beautiful! Community event's are held there now. It's very clean and safe. The World's Fair was pretty good for our economy. Wage's where very good! My older sister was a waitress in the Sun Sphere. She made $15 a hour, which was a lot back then! Plus, tips. People from other Countries gave her $1,000 tip's! It wasn't bad for her! Lol!
I'm not seeing anything sketchy yet. All of these houses have clean and well maintained yards. I've yet to see a roof that needs work or replacement. The cars are relatively new and clean, no jalopies. No homeless people stumbling about like zombies. No prostitutes. No shoes on the roof (drug house).
I live in Knoxville for 30 years they really cleaned uo the old city especially by bus station it used to be a haven for homeless people Knoxville moved them all out.
Nah, there's still plenty of homeless people about. They usually congregate around The Strip, in the doorway of the library downtown, and the Salvation Army underneath the overpass near downtown. I volunteered once with a friend of my mother's at a church to give clothing to the poor and homeless underneath an overpass. There's section 8 housing too, especially near the police station near downtown. A row of buildings went up in my neighborhood built by the city to house the elderly. Goodbye property value.
Def still alot of homeless. The shelter is still there and during the day alot of them wander around. I heard it's def better than what it used to be. The neighborhoods in this video are actually nicer than other places in East Knox. They tore down Austin Homes which was a bad area but still had good people in it. But just like anywhere drugs destroy alot. I've lived that life and I've seen it everywhere. Even into the suburbs.
Why do people always talk and do video's about knoxville and not have a clue what they're talking about... If you are from a very small county then this would be scary/ bad part of town .... If you are from a real city where you know what bad part of town means then this would be heaven in comparison.... Nice try i guess...wonder what he would say about down town Atlanta?
Am I missing something? The housing looked to be in pretty decent condition. Talking trash about someone's community as an outsider is just rude. But as usual, gotta badmouth the community in order to lowball the real estate prices.

Karl Malden (Mladen Sekulovic is his Serbian name) and Dusan Vukotic.. Thanks again Jeannette for this so so wonderful conversation.. Wishing you all the best and beyond 👋PS if you have some time you can see the content of my Instagram account.. It's just for fun but it's very easy to see some details of my current country..@ca fx...that's my ig page👋👍
