* Why does the 1% mega-rich just turn a blind eye to this. It's their short-term greed that has caused this problem in the first place. They should be the ones to fix this problem!
My aunt and uncle moved to Phoenix in 1963 and built a new house with a pool in 1966 just off of Bethany Home. Phoenix was such a beautiful place back then with the Japanese Gardens and fields of flowers. There were only 640,000 people in the whole valley then and now it's approaching 5 million.
I am from Chicago left at 18 over 30 years ago. You are correct about violence on South side. I used to catch the L late night from the south side in the 70s but can’t pay me do it now. South side has different people there now a life mean nothing. I was in Chicago 4th July weekend 59 shootings. I still love Chicago born and raised but neighborhoods are dangerous. I drove to South side 69th street it was sad depressing I quickly got on freeway scared I might get carjacked. 😢
I'm not American but I don't understand why the American govt spent billions and billions of tax payer dollars to Ukraine and let THIS happens. I don't get it.
You could buy a whole residential block and build a villa on it for the price of a shack in California. The question is, do the city policies reduce crime, or ignore it.
How about having quality over quantity? Reduce birth rates. Big business needs to start innovating rather than employing cheap labour; cheap for them but not society.
