Hello, Hopefuls! I really enjoyed organizing my new car and I feel like I have what we may need. My husband joked that my car was going to be full of stuff and I told him no it would not be packed with stuff. lol! Anyway if it is something that I see myself not using it will certainly come out of the car.

Lol! I do the same when I want to organize a space. Shopping and figuring out what works best for you is the fun part. And the stuff just because! lol!

Make you a few “boo-boo” kits and keep in your purse and gym bag (a few bandaids, alcohol cleansing wipes, and neosporin) in a snack size ziplock, that way you’ll have it whenever you go into a facility because we all get scrapes and cuts that need attention at the moment.

If something happens the odds are is that the insides of your doors will be spilled all over the place, your seatbelt will tighten and you won't have a way to your glovebox. What I did for my glass breaker was put a strip of velcro down, put it on that, and now it's velcroed in place so that it doesn't go anywhere in case of an accident. I can just pull it off.

I use space bags for my blankets, towel, extra hoodie etc. sucks all the air out so they take up less space, and it keeps them clean and dry.

Girl, you are definitely prepared…I’m just now getting around to cleaning and organizing my trunk area….I would suggest getting some micro fiber towels because they dry quicker (instead of a bulky house towel).

I love the organization and preparedness! I’ve been trying to find a more practical car organizational video, and I’m really happy to have stumbled this one. I would definitely recommend a flashlight and some extra batteries if you don’t carry either on you. An emergency tent and sleeping bag are also something to keep in mind if you if you live in a colder area (especially if you drive often in the winter).

I love my rubber mats. Just wash off and let dry. I have water in my back seat. In the winter i put heavy socks, jacket, gloves & taboggin

Lol! I know the feeling. Jason kept saying how many car organization videos are you going to watch and how organize do you want to be? When he gets lots of rest he is all in my business! I told him, you know how I do, so let me be.😂😂🥴😏 I told him don’t hate on me when I have everything I need in the car and he doesn’t.🤣🤪 I probably will make this a blog post and create a list but not sure how soon that would be out. I’m so excited to clean out my car for spring 😂. Clever idea with using the toothbrush holder for pens. Going to use that idea in my purse too. I use to use the cubes too in the trunk and they work well I do have to get new ones every so often. Now, I have the car organizer from aldi.

You did a great job!!! I would add an address book, multitool, a solar charger with the cables built in, a power bank, an emergency bivvy, an emergency radio, batteries, and some travel/card games in case you are stuck somewhere. For my batteries I have USB batteries, rechargeable batteries with a car battery recharger. I would also add an engine battery jumper in case there is no one to jump start your car. We have cooling towels, emergency space blankets, blankets, hoodies, change of clothes, fans, tissues, sunglasses, etc., for every member of our household.

I been hook on watching videos like this. Have so many things for my car yet have to wait till it gets painted and detail. Anyways the window breaker I suggest to put it somewhere where if car flips it won't fall somewhere and be lost. Other wise good video

Maybe the glass breaker/seat selt cutter would be better to get to in the console instead of the door. If you would have a roll over or a big jolt it could fly out and not be able to reach it.

Anyone who is reading this message. Do not put that ring around your keyhole because it will cause a problem to the ignition. It costed me a lot to get that fixed. It didn't mess up right away

You did an excellent job!! I love the toothbrush holder for pens, I'm going to do this. If one should leak, the mess is contained and your not looking all over for a pen. I live in South Florida so i always carry a couple of trash bags and the smaller ones from the grocery store. Great for wet/muddy/soiled clothes, shoes, umbrellas, towels, etc. Also useful if someone is feeling nauseous. Thanks for the video!

Thank you for your organization video I was really trying to find a way to better organize my vehicle. I too have equinox a 2012 and we have similar taste in car decor. With the bling chevy decal in the steering wheel and the little trees car vent wraps. I like the Caribbean Colada and the Strawberry scent!! Also the Bath and body works car vent clips in the Waikiki Beach Coconut and Strawberry Poundcake. I went so far as to make some door trash cans and and added some bling wraps around the top and bottom from a four pack of Walmart black plastic cups. You’ve gained a new subscriber for sure!!

Don't get the bling ring if you have a newer egnition that takes a key. There have been many reports of the ring interfering with the chip in the key and causing the car not to start. Push-start styles egnitions are ok tho.

I clean the roof of the car, and I haven't had any issues with upholstery fabric coming down. I use a wet magic eraser sponge and gently wipe the dirty areas.

Great ideas! I thought about the little toothbrushes but I have to purchase some. I have some floss and Tylenol in my purse. Didn’t think of aspirin.🤔 I may add mouthwash just didn’t know how it would hold up in the car. Thank you for the suggestions! 👍🏾😊
