In this episode I am riding from Vanrhynsdorp, to a small town called Kleinsee, along the west coast of South Africa. To reach Kleinsee, I cut straight through the Namaqua National Park, and well... it blew my mind!!

The government of S.A. Should immediately revoke young Itchy’s need for a visa and appoint her a lifetime ambassador. She has single handedly done more to promote tourism to S.A. than the department of tourism since its inception. Each day we get to experience the stunning diversity of S.A. and friendly peoples who live there. Ride on Itchy, ride on.👏👏👏👏👏

It was so thoughtful and humane of Noraly to stop her bike when she thought the orynx running in front of her might be thinking she was chasing him. Even though Noraly herself found out she can't really outrun an orynx, it was still so nice and decent of her to be concerned that she might run the poor animal into the ground. By Jesus, I never even thought people THIS nice like Noraly existed...!

Having the whole place to yourself for as far as you can see is an amazing feeling. I've only gotten to explore the USA western states outback. The arid S.A. episodes remind me of places i've seen in the arid outback areas of the USA. Yes gates are ok as long as I can get through. Gates are not so bad and makes you stop, look around and listen of where you are to take it all in. At the end of your Africa trek it would be cool to have a couple episodes of your learnings and experiences of logistics, people, equipment, motorcycle, terrain, etc. so other overlanding travelers to S.A learn from your experiences. What you would do different and or same in repeat adventure.

Good luck on your tests. Be careful of wanting to choose a "big bike" for your adventure touring. One reason Noraly is so successful is that she chose to ride a "small" bike. Big adventure bikes are very heavy, sit very high, drink a lot of fuel, and are very difficult to handle in off-road conditions like sand and mud. Noraly has breezed through a lot of situations, which I'm sure she would have found much more difficult or impossible on a "big bike".

Noraly, your presentations are so geologically informative and enjoyable. I envy your geographical awareness. I love this planet we live on. I think it is the ultimate spaceship of the universe. Mankind is damaging the earth to the point of it becoming uninhabitable for human existence. We need global leadership with your vision to save us from self-destruction. I have faith that we as a species can meet the challenges of our future. I hope you understand when I say I feel that you are the embodiment of the soul of Mother Earth. Keep up the goodness of your journey on this planet.

Noraly you have shown us so much of South Africa that we didn’t even know existed, and sharing your knowledge of the places is really awesome. Your collaboration of putting your videos together with music drone footage and editing camera footage , and interesting info of each area, is that of a professional. Look forward to the next “diary entry”. Take care stay safe always

The way you put your video's together, the music matching the scenery is so wonderful to share. And to feel your happiness as you explore this amazing country. I moved to Springbok 3 years ago, from Johannesburg... I will never tire of these views. I've done parts of these roads past Soebatsfontein. You definitely drew my attention to the route from Kamieskroon to Soebatsfontein. I usually go in below Kamies or above from Springbok side into Namaqua national part. Your route looks fantastic. I'm going to do this one with the fam during flower season. We've become accustomed to farm gate galore.
