If you are a landlord long enough, eventually you will have to evict a tenant. There are a number of reasons you may want a tenant removed from your property, but the top two are due to non-payment and the end of the lease term. If you have given late notices and a 3-day notice and the tenant refuses to leave, you are faced with the eviction process. I chose to hire an attorney to carry out this process which leaves me piece of mind. After the eviction and the writ have been served, you are left with the property in whatever condition the tenant leaves it in. I show you the condition of the mobile home we just get back after the eviction process, and it was completely roach infested. Be prepared, it's gross!!!
