I love this song so much
It's from Shin Megami Tensei If, the game that pretty much kick-started the Persona Franchise. It's a pretty cool game but is pretty empty compared to more recent megaten games. give it a shot, you may enjoy it!
Also, this theme is from the World of Envy within the game. I feel like it helps to know that.

Finally a good SMT recommendation, 99% of the time it is dumb and gross shit about boobs or sex, the other 1% is how to break whatever boss fight with whatever skills. This song is so good.

strange, i don't recall smt having that issue (other than mara or asherah which usually amount to silly jokes)... usually it's persona that has that issue... smt is mostly mainly a gameplay focused thing so you seeing boss fights LESS is pretty strange to me... so my recommendations are usually the boss fights and the music for the most part.
