This is one of my favorite tracks in the game, but for some reason none of the extensions started from the beginning (to my knowledge), so yeah... Enjoy~
Navarre was probably supposed to be a significant character back when they released early promotional media and their prior concepts of the story were probably going the nocturne direction with multiple sides to choose from, but they eventually scrapped and reworked the game to the law/neutral/chaos alignment system instead and demoted him to extra as they didn't require 5 members.
@@potatistatis6709 I totally agree. Really nails the feeling of being completely hopeless and lost in an unforgiving, but relatively undiscovered world.
God I love this theme it never gets old. The first game ive played in the franchise and My God I can't believe this isn't as popular as final fantasy. This game spoiled me with its battle system I love this game it's my number 1 RPG
@@luisdabest5396 Yeah, most definitely. It doesn't quite reach IV's level in my opinion but all the tracks are great in a way or another, and Taito is clearly one of the best.
Man I'm glad that I picked this game up last year. Now I'm hooked on this franchise and want to play more. This is a perfect song to sleep to/trying to work on something. And I can listen to this song for hours.
+Kooper Vanderbilt Maybe you searching in bad way, all you need to do is search for ost of a game since (or movie and anime?) they usally uploaded in whole packs, specially if there soundtrack is out. And there search among songs in ost, title name can hint you ;]
relaxing, mysterious and sort of melancholic, fitting for exploring the great unknown of a run-down Tokyo that has not seen the light of the sun in years a song that's stuck with me since SMT4 came out in 2013
I haven't played much of smt 4 at all, but this song makes me imagine this Tokyo in my head. Wandering around in an unfamiliar place alone at night, guided by neon lights reflecting off of puddles. Despite how many people are around you, you feel completely alone here. It's new and exciting, but also scary.
God, such a good track, one of my favorites from every SMT/Persona game! Hell, I only use this track in the Nocturne remake cause it and the battle theme get me so pumped to just make it to the next terminal or fountain. I’ve died 6 times before the Mantra HQ and I’ll be damned if I’m not gonna keep fighting my way through to the end of this game
There's actually a quest which can show you what happened! I forgot the name of it, but there's an old man who sends you on different quests- The last one is where you help Navarre make it to safe refuge in Tokyo. :) I won't spoil much more of it, but finish all the other requests given by the old man and you'll find out what happened!! Hope I helped. ^^
I admittedly get tired if hearing a lot of MegaTen songs after playing for a long time. However, Shin Megami Tensei IV and Persona 5 never get old. I think they have the best soundtracks in all of MegaTen, with Nocturne in second place. I haven't played or watched or listened to anything from Shin Megami Tensei V or Soul Hackers 2 yet, so I could be pleasantly surprised.
