Try this, you're trying to get a specific (small) fish out of a group, get an empty Coke bottle and squeeze it, then suck in the fish as you release the pressure. You can trim the end to make the hole bigger. So, there is a limit on how big a fish it will work on. But a larger one, you can just grab.
