It’s amazing the things we realize when we move away from alcohol . It’s like the mind wakes up from a deep sleep and begins to see so many things differently. A bit of an emotional roller coaster in the beginning. Looking at past behaviours and habits all connected to the bottle. Great on you mate for what you’re doing , and thanks for sharing your story, and being an inspiration for those of us out here doing the same. Day 28 here. Stay strong ! We got this!

Congrats man, that's huge. If they're really pissed, boring doesn't even touch the surface of how unattractive they are haha, but we have all been there so no judgement here.
That's really good to hear mate, you're actually living your OWN life right now. No substances. Allow your brain time to readjust, and you can only feel better I'm sure of it. Don't be too hard on yourself either.

Back when you were struggling there was someone who commented on nearly all your videos basically taking the piss and trying to persuade you to keep drinking. It's funny how now they never comment anymore. Misery loves company
