Btw it's actually less efficient for the block crops like nether wart wheat carrots potato's to drop down as there's a farm design using soul sand and water where while ur switching lanes ur still farming and it will make a big difference over the long run as well you make think on but what about speed u will be very fast as u hold w a/d and that slows u down along with soul sand and water with depth strider 2

one of the reasons you might have gotten less in potatoes is becouse all the "5 lane 90 degree" crops are farmed at 93 not 83 speed (from your tracker it showed 17,3b/s while optimal it should be 20 but on avg around 19->19,2b/s is good ¨while it might sound insignificant its about 10% PURE profit to get it to 19b/s and almost 15% at 20b/s)
