You absolutely killed it! All that work on Pay Rise at Windhill paid off!! Is it Pay Rise? I think it's called Pay Rise... You know what I mean anyway haha
Meet you a couple of months ago when my mates transition tr11 DH threw axle got rounded off at windhill carpark and was trying to figure out how to stuff it onto the back of my car! I've looked at these drops and it's good to know the left is like middle or large drop on payrise as that's puts into a context of something I've done before. But saying that still need to the right hand one on payrise.
ohhh the gorgeous TR11, I remember. the left drop is funny as it looks so awkward but the technique really is the same and the middle Pay Rise and as Jake confirms when he sends it over, it's really lush and smooth. I look forward to getting an update when you send it on your next visit to Dyfi :)
LOL, I love it having seen your videos and some of your crashes too, you've defo got it. Although I like the suggestion if only for a second that my arms are more than spaghetti with a knot in he middle 💪 I'll be looking out for you to send it!!
@@GeezeILoveMTB Cheers, dude! I want to get there this summer for sure. I'm not sure I will tackle the big boy drop though. You smashed it, as always... 👏
Super useful video thanks. Amazing effort! I'm hoping to tick it off one day but who knows when. It's great to see someone do it that I can relate to rather than a RedBull pro (no disrespect to them). I didn't even think I would be considering it until this year but then I ticked off the small one and i started thinking....maybe. Looks like much the same (except from a little direct on the take off). How did you find the impact on landing? Did it feel heavy?
Hey we’ll done you!!! You must be feeling chuffed! The landing was better the first time when I had my shock set stiffer. I opened it more for the second one and so felt bigger. Having the suspension stiffer was so much better but either way all good. 🤘
Cheers, it’s a Canyon Spectral I think the 2022 carbon version so it’s a 160 fork 150 shock. I meant to run it fully closed to firm it up to protect it from bottoming out but went the wrong way so it was fully open but still it was all okay 🫣
