WINTER TROUT FISHING FUN!
With temperatures finally running up into the mid 30's for the first time in weeks, I was able to get out and find some open water. The fish seemed to like the warm up as much as I did and I caught a ton of native brook trout! The dry dropper won the day over and I was even able to coax one brookie into eating the dry fly. After several weeks of struggling in some brutal conditions it was nice to get out and not freeze to death and actually catch some fish.
