Welcome to Japan! It's a great time to be here. Recently, more and more people have started taking off their masks, and the requirement to wear masks in various shops has been lifted. This makes traveling much easier and more enjoyable.

Hiya! How are you doing? Impulsively buying flight tickets, that’s how I get to London to often! Seat anxiety, didn’t know about that as a term, but I might have the same. I need to have the window seat, always! Japan is an amazing destination, it’s the best Asian country I’ve been to, and the Japanese people always were so kind. What’s your Japanese toilet experience? I think we need them in Europe too! The Japanese sweets are so good, after my Tokyo trip I subscribed to Tokyotreat and got a box of Japanese food every month, but I quit it due to my allergies, and there was too much stuff I can’t eat in there. Great to see the 'new' you 🎉🎊🥳. This video is full of smiles and sparkles 🥰. A change is indeed as good as a holiday. My brother was there in Feb for 3 weeks and did Tokyo, Hakone, Nagano Alps, Kyoko and Hiroshima. He absolutely loved everything there, especially the people.

Welcome to Japan! The mochi ice cream is called 雪見だいふく (yukimi-daifuku), and the one you ate has a mitarashi sauce in it. Mitarashi sauce is made of sugar, soy sauce, water and potato starch. It's usually used on dango, a savory snack with mochi like texture. I need to recommend you the たけのこの里 (takenoko-no-sato) for the chocolate snack. It's like a rivalry snack of きのこの山 (kinoko-no-yama) that you ate. They are both released from same company, but there are tons of fans for each product, and disputes happen a lot between those fans. I like the cookie part of たけのこの里, and hope you like it too!

The Japanese people strike me as warm, hospitable but also very proud of their unique culture, and its great to see you've incorporated this in your other video series of Japan. You're on a new journey now, Phoebe, and it's great to see you embracing that. Travelling heals the soul, and I hope that as time goes on, your cultural, food and friendship experiences bring you more and more strength and happiness 😊😊😇

When I went to Tokyo, I also felt happy just walking down the street, and when I was walking around in a happy mood, passersby thought I was a crazy person Lol. I had been living a life in which walking the streets of Tokyo was a dream come true, but at that moment, I could no longer contain my heartbeat as I remembered that my imagination had finally become reality. Tokyo one of our fav places to visit for food…..went back in Feb 2023 & it was nice to see new businesses emerging but also a little sad that some good spots have closed

Gotta love the Jetstar return free sale! We grabbed tickets as well but we don’t go till November as it’s our fave time to go. Will be our 4th visit. Can’t wait to see more of your adventures, have loved watching them on insta!
