Yuuuiim your food looked yummy. I feel like I’m doing well. But I realise I’m still restricting quite abit when I see your videos. I went from eating X CALORIES TO EATING 5 Times what I did before though!! I’m doing really well No way hannah. Get out. The jam biscuits by fox’s are my fave too. The disclaimer at the beginning was brilliant, despite not having personal experience, you’ve so clearly taken every possible measure you can to make this a safe space for your vulnerable followers and I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, you are truly helping so many people and it’s just the sweetest thing. You’re such a kind and genuine girl and one of the most down to earth people on yt atm ❤️
Just wanted to say for anyone in ED recovery- it’s totally okay if your recovery meal plan is larger than the one featured in this video, or if your hunger leads you to eat more than is shown here. I’ve had many meal plans over my time with an ED and most were much bigger than this one (eg. 2 sandwiches + fruit + juice + dessert for lunch as well as the all the other meals + multiple snacks ofc). I’m not saying this in a competitive way; more in a comforting way...everybody has different needs, different bodies, different metabolisms, etc. This is a wonderfully encouraging video by a very kindhearted person, don’t allow your ED to compare too much or get competitive. Just wanted to put that out there because I know how sneaky and unkind Eating Disorders can be! Compassion and strength to all. Keep fighting the good fight. 🦋

It’s so sad to think about how many people have been affected by eating disorders 😕 I personally haven’t, but I can’t imagine how helpful this would be. Thank you for using your platform in such a positive way!

I have just been readmitted to hospital for my eating disorder. I a,m not allowed out of my room as am in isolation and have to eat everything whilst being watched from the doorway and it is is so so so hard. This helped me so much
Sending you all my life and thoughts ,if had an ED all my life been in hospital 3times tube fed twice it's tough I know what you are going through deep my so I so very very full all the time no freedom not being trusted in pain physically and mentally and no sleep in hospital!!I know you can do this you are stronger than you think! He determined to smash that birch anorexia!! He stronger than it you so deserve it and you deserve a life!! This horrific traumatizing illness takes everything from you please don't let it!I have and I'm also very I'll but at home ,take care of yourself show everyone you can do it for YOURSELF xlaura💝🌈

Bearing in mind just over a month ago I was in hospital and wasn't sure if I would live. And that at my worst I wouldn't even have 100 calories a day. I'm now having nearly 2000 a day, If I can do it so can you. Stay strong people. We've got this. 💪❤

Thank you for always being honest and relatable with your content especially when it’s around food etc. A lot of content creators like Imogenation are putting a bad relationship with food to their following. Also thank you for being honest about everything even down to fillers etc. Xxx
I don’t think most you tubers means to promote negative relationships with food. Some creators also have medical conditions or past experiences with food that influence their food and eating habits. It’s always good for you tubers to be open and honest but some don’t feel able/ want to share that with their viewers. Hope you’re doing well, have a lovely week! X

I used to say I hated onions.. would literally pick them out if they were in anything! Now I LOOOOVE them, I can easily eat a bunch of roasted onions as a side dish lol

Hannah you have a beautiful heart and doing this would have helped me so much during recovery. If someone out there is going through recovery at the moment I hope you know you aren’t alone. Recovery comes in all sizes and don’t ever feel like you’re eating too much or feel guilty if your meal plan is larger, I remember eating 3000 calories but it’s part of the process. You deserve happiness and freedom, you can’t live life if you spend your time weighing your food and spending every living moment thinking about food. I wish you the best of luck xx

Hannah recently me and my mum have been ordering our lunch from a sandwich deli, I’ve challenged myself so much and I’ve been getting either a chicken tikka and minted yogurt wrap or coronation chicken wrap they are lush! And my mum has been ordering cake every Friday from the market cafe shrews defo look at there menu they are amazing! I’m doing so well atm🙌🏼🙌🏼

Meat joints.. I used to gag at beef joints or pork joints etc (I’d happily eat sausages, burgers etc) but I’ve tried both lately and actually enjoyed them. Guess I was just over dramatic when I was younger 😂
My entire childhood I absolutely DESPISED potatoes in any shape or form, they literally made me gag but as I got older and was forced to eat potatoes as a part of my meal plan in my ED inpatient treatment, I suddenly realized that I actually love potatoes😂
Hi Hannah I have recently discovered your channel and it was amazing to see you do this vid! You did it with great respect and thought thankyou! I have suffered from anorexia all my life in my 40's now eek!! I am ver y young at heart and always will be I thinki! But at the moment I'm very I'll iv been at my worst now for 4years but had an eating disorder all my life but I used to live somewhat of a happier life but not at the moment and it makes me very sad!😢 I long for the day I can actually eat what's even on a meal plan! I have had to be on some sort of plan before in hospital admissions as well as being organic tube fed which is awful. Where you constrict and you are so Ill and low in weight it can be excruciatingly painful in your tummy to be all of a sudden bombarded with food and fluids particularly the feeding tube although it gives you very very s mall amounts of nutrition very very slowly and safely it also just seems to sit in the top of your stomach and feels extremely filling but then you have to somehow mentally but physical eat and add more it's a very painful experience at times. It was lovely to see you eat this plan to show others what else can be done on a plan, can I ask how you felt eating it? What I mean is for anorexia and someone who has just been put on that plan they would feel totally overwhelmed first and feel that amount of food was masses did you feel fuller than usual after eating it particularly late at night with the crumpets and banana or was it I guess more of a normal amount? I don't know how much is normal to eat now really😒 thank you for doing this video you are lively clearly funny so will bring some light heartedness to my life thankyou!💝 and I can't wait to see more of your videos! i used to despise toast!! you know when you can think of a food and taste it just at the thought. yeah i thought of toast i would want to be sick but i could eat it for days now! Apples aswell, i never used to like apples but LOVE now x
