I've been watching you for a while now and it's so refreshing to see someone on a weight loss/health journey and actually eating normal food!! No crazy restrictions, still eating sweet treats. Such a healthy channel regarding attitude to food 😍❤️
you are defo on the right track with your dieting! a way i try and slide more protein into my diet is by using a chocolate protein shake as my 'milk' for cereal or i add a scoop of protein powder to my porridge/ over night oats, and by doing that your adding around an extra 15-20g of protein without even realising!
If you want to try a good protein bar try Barebells - particularly salty peanut (which tastes exactly like a snickers) or caramel cashew! Most Asda's have them but I think you can also get them at boots and h&b. They are SO GOOD!!
if u like the PHD bars- cookies and cream is good, missippii mud pie is also so good! Bars with a similar texture to those bars are the TREK bars, some fulfill bars and personally I love some of the barbells aswell
Higher protein is not necessarily a requirement for weight loss as it more for maintaining/building muscle when weight lifting but, it will keep you fuller☺️
I found u thru these vids very early on and loved them. Glad youre doing this again althought totally understand it can be time consuming and u have to track everything for a whole week. BTW those bagels are really good. hope u liked them too. 🙂
I agree the whitworths and chocolate raisins are great a meal out when we go out past two fridays was £31 so £100 in London for all you had is great as we had no alcohol just soft drinks as we drove there! 💖
I've always loved your videos, your so funny and down to earth. Alot of you tubers seem so fake. Oh yes, watch with the protein bars... I use to get them and they were not good for my stomach but I suppose we are all different. Keep entertaining us, and keep being you 🥰 xxxx

I love skyr yogurts. They are the best tasty and healthy treat that fills you up. Low cal, high protein and yum. One of my colleagues once did try and make me feel bad because they had artificial sweeteners and aromas. Which I proceeded to ignore.
You look fine in the video. At least you're just keeping it real and not just being fake for the sake of the camera which makes you more relatable. That's what I love about people like Grackle too. Keeping it real 👌❤️
The chicken pesto pizza was a bit pathetic wasn't it. That's The problem sometimes with the lower calorie versions of food. They're low calorie because there's nothing to it or they're really small.. in size which is the reason why they're low calorie!!!🤣🙈 Guess it's just a Case of trial and error!! Impressed with your omelette making skils and perfect eggs 👌❤️ I literally can't even cook an egg nor make omelettes, when I have tried they resemble scrambled eggs 🤣🤣🤣 The pizza st the Italian restaurant looked more like it😋😍🍕
Hi Hannah. Great videos as always. 🎉🌻 Just a quick question. How do you manage your calorie intakes when you go out a lot and hang with friends. I find it so hard. Feel like I crush it in the week and then on the weekend I eat way too much and don't exercise at all. Any advice?

Absolutely increase your protein. 0.5g-1g per pound of body weight. It will help with Fat loss due it taking longer for your body to break down, plus it is more satiating. The protein bar, that has 265 cals in it so the label says but it actually has 278 cals if you work it out so be careful with bats but they’re good if you’re on the go. Protein & carbs 4cals per gram and fat 10cals per gram. Lidl do a lovely chocolate protein pudding, 162 cals, 99p and 20g protein 👍👊🏻
Hmmm at the moment I am trying to keep to cheat meals rather than the whole day! I have some how managed to stick to calories when I am hungover! Just make sure I have good low calorie options that I will want x
Phd protein plant bars I agree arnt nice but all phd normal bars are nice .birthday cake is normal not plant so try the other normal flavours not plant you ll prob like x
