poppy pop pop you can actually have a pretty normal amount of caffeine while pregnant! The caffeine cubes that I believe she’s referring to only contain about 50mg of caffeine and while pregnant the general recommendation is no more than 200mg.

Honestly it makes sense. like not for vegans but for people who are trying to limit their animal consumption like herself. Steak requires killing a cow which means that there is a demand for d*ath whenever people want steak. Hot dogs use animal remains meaning they don’t create a demand for d*ath they are basically the clean up food. This only works under our current structure for meat consumption (or overconsumption) as we have a lot of scraps. If everyone were vegan it would be no different from eating a steak. (Edit was a typo correction)

I mean hotdogs are all the waste bits of meat that would otherwise be thrown away. Its better to consume it than have bits of the carcass of the cow go to waste. Technically shes right, they DON'T kill cows for hotdogs, but they use the leftover scraps of meat for them after all the good stuff is taken out.

If people buy hotdogs, they're telling the hotdog producers/companies 'I like your product and I am willing to pay for it, please keep producing it', we have a voice with our purchasing power and we have to use it to make our voices heard, everytime you purchase something, youre sending a message. If you don't want animals killed for their flesh anymore, do not buy meat products. Every year, in America, 20 billion hotdogs are consumed, hotdogs are popular and people love them and the meat producers know that, theres a huge demand for them, its a big industry, a big business, its not just little scraps, and everytime you buy some, you tell them you want more AND you make that company RICHER and STRONGER. Also, there's TONS of waste in this society already anyways, so thinking 'ill buy and eat those hotdogs so that this cow's scraps don't go to the garbage, how thoughtful of me' just sounds like a person who likes hot dogs and wants to eat some and is just finding a way and excuse to keep eating them while still calling themselves vegan. I rlly don't care if someone eats hotdogs, but why be so hung up on calling yourself a vegan if youre not and try to make hotdogs a vegan thing... There are three reasons to be a vegan; ethical, environmental and/or health. Now her point only focuses on the ethical part, but hotdogs are not good environmentally nor for the health. And its simple, vegan means 'no animal products or by-products consumption whatsoever'. Stop trying to be cool and keep calling yourself a vegan if you eat hotdogs, be straight up. I sometimes eat meat but I mostly eat vegan/vegetarian, however I don't call myself vegan or vegetarian because I sometimes eat meat. I still absolutelty share vegan/vegetarian convictions and try to lead my life accordingly, i just don't go around calling myself a vegan and trying to justify my ever so small meat eating so I can keep calling myself a vegan because its cool.... if you like hotdogs thats fine, but youre not vegan, and its hypocritical and dishonest to say youre vegan when you're not🤷‍♀️

Eating the "dispose" of the animal is actually really important, we can creaste different products. And what? Farmers are just doing their jib, they're earning their keep in this Earth, for us the ones who actually eat meat and spend a lot of money on it. For me, Meat its really important, I eat it all day. If you dont like its fine, its your choice and its your right to choose. But you cant just hate everyone who is a carnivore or the Farmers who are doing their job.

Instead of buying a steak you’re piggybacking on someone else’s steak by using their remains. Obviously it’s not 100% but for people who need meat for whatever reason or are just simply trying to limit their consumption it is the least death resulting meat product

Victoria Lovett there isn’t enough alcohol in even a pint of Guinness to affect a foetus but as I said, it’s not recommended to drink more than a little bit. The iron content is extremely beneficial, even if only a little is consumed
