Pulling is so hard to do! Like you go into pumped, thinking it's gonna be a breeze, 3 minutes in and you're already exhausted contemplating you're very existence. I will say i felt like a champion for getting through it and I had some tooth pain it did seem to alleviate. That lasted for 3 days. So much work. I guess I'll be basic and stick to Listerine. 😂

@@ellemenno9180 I've only been doing it for a few weeks so I don't have any long term results yet, I'm one of those unlucky people who struggle with oral health even though I do everything right. Oil pulling has helped a lot, my gums are looking less inflamed, my teeth do look whiter already and I've noticed my breath stays fresher. I do a tablespoon of extra virgin unrefined coconut oil before I brush my teeth every day for 20 min (which is difficult but it gets easier with time), if you try it just make sure not to swallow as the oil will have mouth gunk/bacteria in it :) spit into the trash not the sink, rinse mouth out with warm water after

Ikr? I was particularly thrown by the whole "I get up and work out and do other stuff and eat quite a lot" thing, making me think that would take him through to lunch or beyond... and then he goes and gets his little kid up. I may be remembering it wrong, but that just seemed so freaking intense to me at the time.
