For the salad, I’d probably add some sweet corn. It would add a little more flavor as well as more color. Main dish is perfect, ty!

I wouldn't add cold peas to a salad but the meat recipe looked good. South Africa

Good recipe there, I'd have only added mushrooms, a little dried oregano and worcestershire sauce to the meat.
