I honestly can't remember if I'm subscribed to the musical emporium, since they upload so little. This choir has Doug, Ted, Eric, and Ethan in it, AND it includes a bunch of stupid moments. As long as they upload semi-consistently, I'm fine with it.

You can report all of them successfully --- except for one, which is so badly drawn that the system doesn't even recognize it as copyright infringement.

If you are explicitly making fun of the original work, it is parody and protected under fair use. RU-vid is bad at fair use though so who knows

Depends, are you using that bad drawing to make money by presenting it as a drawing of Mickey Mouse? Because that's very much what these lads are doing, and it's not covered under fair use. If it's not presented or intended as parody, it uses the actual names of the songs/characters, and it makes money, they can attack you and I can't even blame them. Honestly rightsholders have been pretty lenient with content creators, especially when it comes to video game music and drawings of copyrighted characters, and it's hilarious to me that people think it's the opposite. The number of artists who make money drawing porn of copyrighted characters (including Disney's) is insane. LegalEagle hasn't talked about copyright in a long time, and I suspect it's because the reality is that most cases would be open and shut with the content creator being in the wrong. And that's just not something people want to hear.
