Free advice take it or leave it when I go on guitar video lessons I like to see the product first another words play it through and then get into teaching this way you capture your audience

I fought the law was written by Sonny Curtis, who recorded it with the Crickets, 3 months after Buddy Holly's death.

@@Zebojr2kool I can distinguish Jims full rich Gibson sound in their recordings. Plus he does the melodic picking leads. Bobby plays chord strumming leads and his Fender is brighter toned.

I think it'll be easier to do a barred a minor, barred g, barred D and barred g But i thought that part was D C B G But than again i listen to the crickets version the most. So we both could be right.

I never have understood this mania with strum patterns.Ive been playing since 65. Taught myself. Never had one lesson. And I have never felt the need to ask for a strum pattern. You just "feel it" If you dont feel it, then maybe you should take up fishing.

I lost interest when at 3:00 you gave the chords as G C G. When it it G C D. I agree with someone else you don’t need 3 videos for this song.

This is way too lengthy! Why don't you play the song first and then break it down? Additionally, the best way to learn this song is to simply watch Bobby Fuller play it on any number of Bobby Full Four performance videos.

I always thought of that as a "BuddyHOlly style song" It really works better in A. (A,D,E), Nother song i the same vei "Sheila" by Tommy Roe? I think. Also in A. I dont know what song this guy is playing. Am, are you serious.? SIngle otes? My GOd. Its a simple song.

DON'T EVER WATCH AN INSTRUCTION VIDEO FROM SOMEONE WHO CAN'T GET THE CHORDS RIGHT!!!!!!! I watched nearly to the end, and never did recognize I Fought The Law anywhere. I understand sometimes using a substitute chord for one a beginner player can't play, but this is just WRONG!
