@@Shazzkid I posted it in another comment but in theory you could "upload" the ai but all you are doing is uploading the virus that allows it to access other computers and then use them also to access other computers until it has exponentially increasing storage size, computing power, and upload/download speed. Basically a virus that allows the ai to build itself on other computers in an open network. Once the ai is also store decentralized on other computers or server then it's doesn't have to actually upload a huge file size from one computer.
