A tank engine visits the Island of Sodor to help shunt at the Big Station, since Thomas now has his branch line. While giving a good performance, his overall attitude could likely get him in trouble.

I like to think given that Easton was ashamed of his actions, when he returned home, he improved on himself and eventually worked his way up to be allowed to pull passenger trains. Since the J69s actually did pull passenger trains in real life. I also liked how Thomas was handled. It would be easy to write him as cheeky and rub it in Easton's face. But Thomas just kept to himself and was responsible. I thought that was a nice change. Lovely stuff man.

And this could explain Thomas being overprotective about his coaches whenever an engine takes them w/o his permission or not knowing who Annie & Clarabel are his prized possessions.

"Because Thomas EARNED his branch line." Okay, I was NOT expecting Gordon of all engines to stand up for Thomas. That's actually a heartwarming thing for him to do. I also like how Thomas cares so much about Annie and Clarabel and sets up his protectiveness of them. I wonder how he felt when Percy took Annie and Clarabel when the big engines were on "strike"? I hope Easton learns from this and has a solid job on a heritage railway. I like this story very much. Your vocal range is great! You do a great job with the audio productions!

Interesting story. That would've made sense since Thomas was absent from the main line during some of the episodes. And it would certainly be a buildup to elephants, tenders, and turntables.

That was a very interesting story, having a G69 tank engine as one of the “loaned” engines during the NWR’s early years during the mid 1920’s. The story about Easton was good too, since there haven’t been that much stories or info about some of the other loaned engines that once appeared in the rws, or never shown in the tv series. You did a nice job on the audio story and narration of Easton the other tank engine narrow gauge, as well of the image edits. 👍

A very good story about the other little blue tank engine. There aren't a lot of stories about him, in fact this and my own take are the only ones out there. To my knowledge at least. Easton did remind me a bit of how Ryan was portrayed in Sudrian Conflict. What type of engine is Easton?

Jeez this is an amazing audio story, I love that someone finally wrote a story about one of the other loaned engines besides 98462 and 87546. I'm glad you were the one who wrote it, also making him J69 also works well. It's great to see another audio story from you.

Great story. I was also disappointed by the outcome. I too had hoped that Easton would learn from his behavior, and try to be sensible. But no, he had to give in to his worst instinct and steal Thomas's coaches. I hope that back on the mainland, he's come to grips with his actions, and tried to improve himself as an engine.

Another excellent piece of work Narrow gauge, I believe that Easton was the Holden S56 tank engine from the Great Eastern Railway, which I believe where Toby was before he was on the tramway in East Anglia, that is something familiar that I must admit

I like to think the same but mabye many years from now when no other tank engine is available, they find easton’s papers and purchase and soon become a permanent member on the NWR , just a nice way to say
