Looked into the second story for Reno. Couldn't find it. The only thing I found was a movie called the Driller Killer named Reno Miller. Released in 1979 and banned in the UK. It was re-released in 2010. If it did happen that really sucks. But it seemed odd about the fence and the random people to just stumble across the dangling man, but they didn't hear the drill or loud laughing.
@@tayloralexandra9507 right! I even started looking for Jane Doe cases from 19 years ago, assuming this story was submitted within the last 3-4 years it didn't show up. Not to mention I looked up the casino and street name given no crimes like that were listed. I also found it odd they said they knew who the crazy guy was but not who the friend was that committed the crime and if he was supposedly last seen with her at her work police definitely would have released a sketch of some variety since the guy clearly would do it again. It was an interesting story non the less, but it gave me red flags towards the end.
The second story makes me wanna bang my head on a wall. One on hand, why are your trying to fight someone with a drill while you’re DRUNK? On the other hand, the pursuit helped him get stuck and caught. It’s just unlikely it could’ve even happened like that. Just very wild
@@jesusrodriguez3728 yes but then at the same time, people do the wildest things 🙃 like I honestly don’t doubt that someone would think like that but it still makes me shake my head 😂
Okay but can we also talk about how its written-- like, for the most part, its alright, whatever, but there's also EVERY. SINGLE. STATEMENT. GETS. DESCRIBED. TO. DEATH. ___ she roared ___ she stated ___ she shouted And more, all in like one minute
I'm sorry you had a rough night last night. I hope you are okay. We can always count on you to get a video out, even though you may not always feel like it. Very understandable. You are amazing! Thank you. Sending you a virtual hug.
I think it’s because now some people identify with their social media’s and it’s a comfort to have them and not being able to freely post or do what you want with them because of someone’s else’s actions is almost like having that comfort taken away ? Social media isn’t a bad thing and personally I can understand why it would suck to have to delete all of your socials because of someone else’s actions.
Even if you yourself were to not have social media there would be no stopping you from being on your friends, families or even coworkers. In photos/videos Or even if you were to be randomly in a public photo/video. If someone was obsessed enough they would just have to get access to anyone that is in your life social media's.
It's crazy that people still drive drunk with how many other modes of transportation we have now. I feel so sorry for those people that died in the car crash.
I agree. However, there are two reasons it happens. First, sometimes when you’re buzzed it’s easy to convince yourself that you’re fine when you’re really not. Secondly, when you’re super drunk, you sometimes feel invincible and can be convincing to others that you’re “fine.” Sadly, if there’s no one to stop you in either one of these scenarios, you’re gonna take the risk at hurting yourself or others. It doesn’t make it right and I’m not condoning it. Nothing is worth risking other people’s lives. I worry about hurting others when I’m drinking and that’s why I choose not to drive. But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t do it a lot when I was young and dumb.
Also, I’m not saying there aren’t other reasons people drive drunk - obviously, there are - but these are the two most common reasons I have personally experienced with both myself and others around me.
It's the most selfish of actions.... we are all at their mercy the moment they pick up their first drink and keep their keys on them instead of planning ahead for a night of drinking. Young and dumb. And old and dumb, it goes both ways really.
@@katiechisholm Exactly. Once you start drinking you get that buzz... That's why you gotta plan not to have the option, and yes we convince ourselves we are fine, and then the alcohol continues to be processed through our bloodstream and we think we are ok enough to drive... And I am speaking from experience my friend. I thank God every time I see a drunk driver story on the news, that He kept everyone else on the road safe from my shameful and reckless, and completely stupid, actions. Any one of those news reports could have easily been me. And I don't know that I would be able to even exist with the guilt if I had taken someone's life. I truly don't think so. Be safe friend, and be thankful always, that we have somehow found the wisdom to change our actions.
@@katiechisholm drinking is the worst. It makes most people including me sometimes feel invincible. I worked with recovering or recovered alcoholics that swear that alcohol was THE ULTIMATE gateway drug. Not pot. I am not sure, I think it depends on the person. Someone could have Alcoholism (ism - I self me) and never have picked up a drink *EVER*
@BatCat😼🦇 tbh I don't mind people making up scary stories to read (it'd be a fun writing exercise) but its clear this author doesn't have much experience in writing non fanfiction styled media. There isn't anything wrong with writing fanfiction, of course, but the way the dialogue is written like word for word like it's a story and ending all the dialogue lines with "I said" "I chuckled" "I yelled" etc really breaks the immersion lol
God will bless you for lighting that candle for Hope every year on your b day. Thinking of someone else on your birthday. God will see that & smile on you.
Can we all share and get Joel the subs he deserves? A milli, a milli, a milli...then we party🙌🙌🙌love your dedication. Can't wait to get chilling, best creators all together😍😍😍😍😍
I remember the traffic from that car wreck. It was on I-81, not I-95 (95 doesn't run through PA), but I can attest to this story being true. They had to close a solid mile of interstate. Pretty sure the drunk driver fled the scene and was arrested unscathed.
@@iridescentlytey4933 The internet makes it much, much easier. It also makes you vulnerable to being lied about and ganged up on in a way that was impossible before.
This happened years ago I was driving home I was by myself I noticed there was someone following me . He followed me on the parkway though a few towns. When I pulled off on my exit I went immediately to the police station he stopped following after that. I was lucky he left because he was definitely looking to hurt me.
#2 made SO SOOO angry and heartbroken..My baby boy and yet unborn babys father is from Mexico and such an awesome man with an awesome family..that said i couldn't imagine one of his sisters or Mother suffering a similar fate..Humans can be freaking monsters💔⚘Hope🕯❤
An update to the 7th story is that I learned that guy actually lives in my friend’s neighborhood which is the final neighborhood the golf course goes through. He’s been caught watching other girl before and I saw him again when I was at her house last. We were on the front porch and he biked past and just stared at us. He immediately turned around once he got past the house and biked past again, still staring. I had already told her about him before and that’s how I found out that he’s been weird to other girls before. We went inside after I pointed him out and he had gone by the second time. He kept biking past the house even when we went inside, still staring at the house almost like he was waiting for us to come out again. I got a better look at his face since he didn’t have the glasses on, but he was definitely in his mid to late twenties just had this empty almost predatory stare.
@BatCat😼🦇 Ya it seems that way. Sounds more like creepypasta than factual storytelling. It's hilarious when he says "I am not trying to paint myself as some bad ass, but......" and then goes on and on about his feats of heroism. LMAO
It was possible until the part where he gets caught on the barbwire and a bunch of people showed up immediately after. It's basically like so your telling me they were all close enough to hear the drilling and only you investigated
@@darkangelprincess101 I also highly doubt that he went to fight a maniac with a knife drill with no weapon, just because he was so brave. lol. Gimme a break
In the 2nd story, it was not only dangerous to confront the drill guy, but stupid. He acts like he was doing "the right thing". If the person wasn't clearly already dead, I'd agree. Instead of getting the cops over there, he instead tipped the guy off that he'd been spotted, potentially giving him a chance to escape consequences. So stupid.
To the girl in Hawaii, I live in Pearl City and you should have just driven to the police when you knew he was following you. Here in Hawaii, we don't get the kinds of things they do on the mainland. I do know one thing, the cops never get back to you here. This guy was just someone off of their meds. We dont get the abductions either because transport of people is a lot more difficult here.
Story 2 is so fake I can't even deal lmao. Please if you're going to claim in your video title that these are true stories don't get them off of the nosleep sub which is literally fake stories.
So I absolutely love chilling, I just wish it had youtubes comment section, cause I'm here crying over the story you narrated , "Steps" and there is no one to agree with me. I mean it was tragically beautiful 🤧
I feel sorry for both Lily and the OP in the first story. Lily needs serious help and doesn't sound like she will receive it. OP just needs a PPO and to move themselves far away from her, including on social media. This is a Lifetime Story. I know how violated the OP feels too. Just a sad situation altogether.
