After the events of San Andreas, CJ had control of the entire state. Sweet became envious of Carl, mixed with previous emotions of grief for the loss of Brian. Sweet meets with an old time friend, who happened to have connections within the Ballas and a corrupt district of police in Las Venturas. Sweet planned a hit on CJ and his client, Mad Dogg in Las Venturas as a way to inherit his brothers power and wealth and move the Grove into a new division of the Ballas. A drive-by insued as planned, killing both Madd Dog and CJ. The members of Grove who would not accept to change colours would be taken out and executed, buried in the desert. Sweet is eventually taken out by CJ's son, Franklin.. avenging the death of his father and bringing everything full circle.

I always liked to think that after beating SA, CJ has millions of dollars and an air field with a private jet. He was just finally able to convince the family to move and start over elsewhere.

Actually CJ is dead, as is referred in GTA IV in a wall graffiti, he was killed when the Ballas and Vagos united forces together against Grove Street Families, only to get possession of the Jetpack which is known as Black Project or some shit like that, and possession of the Four Dragons Casino. So whether this video was legit or not, CJ is already dead anyway, but it would be nice if he returned in GTA V, millions of fans would love that
