First of all, didn't think I'd like these kind of videos but you make them enjoyable! As a person who lives in a part of the US where my apartment only costs $600/mo and its bigger than the apartment in this video, the prices for these apartments are staggering! Man I don't how you New Yorkers do it! Side note: currently building a 2200 sq ft home and the mortage is STILL only a fraction of the rent of this apartment. Absolutely insane!

Omg Cash found a building with an elevator instead of trudging up all those stairs!! Love that roof deck. Great utilization of space & then the room right below it! I do like this apartment. Haven't seen a concrete wall & ceiling in a bedroom until now. & a really nice size deck that doesn't have death defying stairs to access. Kitchen seems a little dark but I like how appliances are hidden (well except for the economy sunbeam microwave)

I love how Cash usually finds a nice spot for his backpack. But today he put his Powerade in the fridge AND he tucked his red jacket into a cubby in the closet. So cute. Live in 🇨🇦 but I love this channel. Never miss a day.

@@dawnwilson5663 It's 50 degrees - at 1 PM - and, finally raining, in southern Calif. I'm in the house and freezing. I'm wearing my long-sleeve pullover sweater, jeans and a long puffer vest. I wouldn't survive colder weather.

Compared to some other 2-bedroom apartments at that price, this one is a good deal! Close to the subway, gym and laundry in building, 1.5 baths, large patio, and everything relatively new. Yeah, the kitchen is small, but as mentioned, a rolling island will solve that problem. This will rent quickly.

The bedrooms are tiny, though, so you’d better be a minimalist in terms of wardrobe. The kitchen is ridiculously small and where’s the stove?!?

I can just imagine all the steps he's gettin' in, filming those walking away shots, to only have to walk back to grab the camera, set it down somewhere else, walk away, stop, walk back to the camera, over and over throughout all his videos LOL.....and THAT'S why his videos are amongst the best imo! He really puts a lot of thought into what he wants his videos to look like........anyway..... lol

Another cool find in Brooklyn. The outside deck is the best feature. I love to entertain. The half bath was a cool idea and the overall amenities Are top notch . If it has parking on site this hard to beat.

At the 10:30 mark, my housemate walked by and saw this over my shoulder. "Why is the bathroom so small?" Me: "It's New York. Small is big and expensive is cheap." Love from the Midwest!

I used to volunteer on a suicide hotline. We were told that if we were given permission to send help, we were told to ask them if the door was unlocked. It seems that if it was locked or we didn't know we had to ask for the fire department since the police aren't allowed to bust down doors.

For a minute, I thought you were going to the building that had the false alarm. One of the firefighters might know you. Anyway, awesome big roof deck with the big common lounge area. You can have a Christmas party outside and inside. Then have a New Year party on the apartment terrace. The kitchen and the concrete definitely give a modern appearance.

Very very cool apt!! I would be very happy living there. The best part of living outside Manhattan is you can own a car!! Brooklyn has tons of street parking. To pay for garage space in Manhattan, will cost you the price of a Studio apartment...lol. Thanks for the video Cash. Now, I can start my day...xoxo

That kitchen seems laid out a little wrong. I know it's asthetics but that is a lot of wasted vertical space above the counter. They should've used that space for cabinets, wrap the counter surface in an L through the current wall of cabinents up to the fridge. Otherwise, nice apartment.

Walk-in closets: It means you have to walk into them to get your clothing; not that you can walk into it before you ever get clothing in and will never be able to walk into it once that clothing is hung in there.

I’m an old school kind of person… the house I live in is 111 years old.. yes it’s been remolded.. BUT!! Out of all the modern apartments you have shown… I really like this! I have no idea how to warm a concrete wall with the homey touch, but I would surely like to try.🤷‍♀️ How much does it cost to wash and dry your clothes in these apartments?

CASH - the soap thingy in the shower is called a "niche." When I had my stall shower tiled - I put in a niche with 2 shelves. So convenient.

Very decent apartment with lots of amenities. Wish the main bath had a medicine closet over the sink instead of just a mirror. Wish there was laundry in the unit, but the common laundry downstairs is quite doable. Love the private terrace as well as the common roof terrace and meeting rooms. Great gym. Does the L line run often enough to and from Manhattan to make living here convenient?

Great apartment! Love all of the amenities and views. The place is good sized and has very nice finishes in bathrooms and kitchen! Good place for the price, $2250 each if shared between 2 people. Oh, and you're rockin' the red puffer jacket!

The roof lounge is beautiful as is the the roof deck. There is a gym and a laundry room, too. The apartment is beautiful. Two full baths would have been best, but a half bath is still great to have. Was it in the larger bedroom, giving it a two piece en suite? This apartment is worth the rent.

That's a nice place. Efficient use of space and attractive, but subtle, design with some reasonable square footage. It's still a hefty monthly expense even of less than Manhattan.

Let's all send some money so Cash can buy grown up jeans for the New Year. Why do NYC landlords do such a poor job including a lot of storage space in their units? There was no medicine cabinet in the "luxury" bath and the vanity did no even go to the floor. I didn't see any wall cabinets over the sink either. Microwave in a closet is very inconvenient to use. I will stay in New Jersey for now. But love the daily vids, Keep up ur great work!

OKAY! 80LB dumb bells! Now, we're starting to talk a bit about something. And yes, people are still taking creatine. Very nice apartment unit and amenities. $2400/person/month is probably the right price--especially given that large patio deck. But... at that price, I would be a bit greedy and try to look for something in Manhattan proper. It's a nice neighborhood, though. A good mix of mom & pop stores versus the corporate monsters.

Natural food store just mean they have more fiber laden products to keep one cleaned out. Just know where the toilets are while out on a stroll. Just like the Canadians that flock to Florida during winter all worried where the flax seeds are.

This apartment looks like a Corporate Office with a Kitchenette and concrete walls and ceilings. It should have 2 full baths. I hope the incoming tenants are able to make this into a home.

I really like this! I would own not rent at that price though. My god Brooklyn has changed so much.. this building in general seems lovely. i dont like how my neighbors balcony is nearly inside mine but the space and feel is great. I’d absolutely go for it if it was condo and if I wasn’t fully tired of cold weather lol

Love watching these video’s but I am always amazed at how much rent is in NYC for a very small or large apartment. People who live in New York must make oodles of money per month to be able to live there. Thanks for sharing.
