Nah as someone who comes from a long line of family smokers and a smoker himself we all already know everything probably even more then y’all cause we actually do it, I stopped vaping cigars & cigarettes I still smoke weed though but it’s only for medical purposes. I will say this as a user of almost everything you could smoke it has nothing to do with nicotine in my opinion especially when it comes to vape. companies sneak in pick me ups such as anti depressants to get more happy and more hooked and after you stop getting head high from smoking for so long you start to realize you like the smoke and it just feels normal and happy so you continue to do it. How I got out of addiction was with milk lots of water and the strongest mentality and discipline. From personal experience and seeing those around me smoking withdraws are nothing but a mental challenge as to real stuff like pill withdraw is a physical and extreme mental challenge. Anyone who can’t get over withdraws from smoking is plain out weak.
